I found  multiple things wrong with the home after purchasing, ranging from minor to moderate to significant. I continue finding issues to this day, nearly 6 months later, which has prompted me to write this review.  Issues with the home are: dishwasher not functioning (listed as inspected), flooring in bathroom damaged and separating behind toilet (listed as inspected), missing corbel and damaged drawer face on kitchen cabinets (listed as inspected), kitchen faucet not functioning (listed as inspected), improperly functioning tub/shower faucet in guest bath (listed as inspected), etc.
Today, I tried to clean the exterior glass on a window in the entry that I noticed looked dirty during the inspection. I was surprised to find that the window seal was actually  failed, and the window will need replacing.  Had the inspector physically inspected the window as he should have, I would not have assumed it was simply needing to be washed, and I wouldn't be looking at replacing a window.
I spoke with the owner of the inspection company about the issues I was having, and he told me that I was making a big deal out of minor issues, and that, if it was his house, he wouldn't have thought them significant enough to mention at all. When I challenged him that I didn't hire them to determine which issues were 'worth mentioning', but to inspect the house and let me know about all of the issues so that I could determine what needed to be addressed by the sellers, he said to me that I am 'not a very nice person.'
After going round and round via multiple phone conversations, they offered to refund me my inspection fee, but only if I signed release waiving all further future claims against them and their insurance company. I declined.  Their inspection guarantee says nothing about having to sign a release in order to receive a refund. It simply states: If it can be established that Justice Property Inspections was negligent in providing your Property Inspection then the entire inspection fee will be refunded.
Overall, the inspector was punctual and and professional while he was on site for the inspection.  However, he missed a number of items that are costing me money to fix, and when contacted the owner was extremely unprofessional, downright rude, and they have not made good on their guarantee without requiring additional provisions.

Greg was very thorough with the inspections. He gave us the bad news first, that needed to be addressed right away. Health concerns were found, the owners didn't care since they don't live in the home. We felt that the home owners should fix the problem before they even listed the property. We were going to fix the other very expensive repairs that are needed. With this information, we didn't purchase the home. I will have Greg do my next home inspection. It was worth the expense.

Greg Justice did not several reports for us on a home we were putting a purchase offer on. He was very responsive to our needs, and even went out on a Sunday to do an EIFS report so we could decide whether we should proceed with our home offer on Monday morning. Had the report from him on Sunday night, we decided to go ahead with our purchase, and he then went out the following week to do the home inspection and radon testing. He did a good job and in a very timely manner.

The process went very well. We felt the inspection to be thorough and some very helpful information was provided. This inspection was of a log home, which Mr. Justice has experience with. Many home inspectors probably don't. Mr. Justice was kind enough to wait for my husband and I to arrive once he was done with the inspection so he could show us what he had found. The formal written report was received within hours afterward.

They did a good job on the inspection, and the quickly got me an electronic version of their results soon after finishing.
