Drain Cleaning
LAUNDRY ROOM WAS CONSTANTLY BEING FLOODED. SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET A PLUMBER TO LOCATE AND REPAIR PROBLEM WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. FINALLY MY HUSBAND CALLED A LOCAL PLUMBER. WE WERE PREPARED TO PAY A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT TO STOP THE PROBLEM. A REPRESENTATIVE FROM ILLIAS CAME OUT PROMPTLY WHEN CALLED, TOOK A FEW MINUTES LOOKING INTO PROBLEM, THEN CALLED MY HUSBAND ASIDE AND TOLD HIM THAT WE HAD A SIMPLE BLOCKAGE IN THE VENT PIPE. HE INFORMED US THAT ALL HE WOULD DO IS GET A HOSE UP ON TOP OF THE ROOF AND RUN WATER DOWN THE VENT, IF WE WANTED WE COULD DO THIS OURSELVES AND SAVE MONEY. WHEN WE WENT TO PAY HIM HIS ESTIMATE AMOUNT, HE SAID KEEP IT AND CALL ME WHEN YOU ARE READY TO DO SOME REMODELING. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO. REALLY REFRESHING TO DEAL WITH DOWN RIGHT HONEST PEOPLE.
