the plans and the changes never made it to the final blueprints. The garage was1.5 feet two short and did not match the blue print and again all I got was an apology it was never fixed. Over charges ? This is where you will get hit hard. On the ?responsibilities?

The estimate for rain drains was $900.00 I was charge over $4500.00 dollars. I was charged over $1500.00 for extra rock, I was charged for radon install even though this was clearly their responsibility. The work is substandard the floor pops and squeaks, we have nails coming through the ceiling, cracks in the concrete garage floor, cracks in the drywall, and when you step near the carpet seams you get poked by the tack strips. I put in my own shower and I explicitly asked several time to make sure the walls and the door to the master shower were plumb. I had to redo it myself it was over an inch off from top to bottom. YOU ARE BASICALLY HIRING A GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO SUBS EVEYTHIN OUT. THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION DETAIL AND WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AT EVERY TURN.
