In and out in 30 minutes. He has done 3 other projects for me over time and has done an excellent job everytime at what I considerd a reasonable cost. He doesnt consider any job to small and will show up as soon as possible. I have had other plumbers tell me they won't do the little repair jobsas they want the money big jobs.

The water line under our house broke. After having another plumber tear up the flower beds and not help us at all, we spent a weekend with no water to our house. We called Rob Sunday night, he showed up Monday morning and got us a temporary water line hooked up right away and then gave us the number for a free locating service. After the locator did their thing, he came back and did what I thought would be a major drawn out job in just one day. He was cheerful, personable and very competent. We are extremely happy with his work and professionalism.

Rob is a one man operation, and had work when we called him for a bid. It took a week and change to get that done, and we signed on with him after a neighbor endorsed his work. It took him another couple days to get the materials together that he would need. He gave me a day and time when he would start, and was there as he promised. His work is good, and he has good technical knowledge with his trade.
