Our family home in Prineville was very nice and well setup but a tiny bit dated. We put it on the market 4/2013 just as Prineville was coming out of the downturn - there were literally no comps sold anywhere near the house in past years, only miles away.
From the beginning, Julianna put in her own elbow grease to ensure every detail was ideal for showing. She guided us and answered questions, was always communicative and responsive. She actively re-evaluated market conditions relative to our asking price, and chased down feedback from viewers and agents.
Not much activity that summer and over the winter, but we lowered the price and spruced a few things up, and by spring 2014 we found a sweet spot in the growing market. Once we got a deal, Julianna really become proactive, calmly following up every detail until close of escrow. Very professional at all times despite more-than-usual road bumps during escrow. Always aware that a delayed sale has cost due to lost opportunity, she was active almost to the point of pushy at the very end when that was necessary and appropriate to keep the deal moving.
Julianna is everything we like in a seller's agent.
