Dan was amazing! We were able to book an appointment within a week of our call. He was prompt and very professional. He identified a window seal that had failed and a missing section of vapor lining in the crawl space. He delivered the written report the same evening as the inspection! Dan even came back to help us with a leaking hose bib that was concealed (washer was hooked up at time of inspection but once the owner moved, the shutoff leaked water into the sheetrock). This was above and beyond customer care.

He found items that my husband missed and offered many suggestions about maintenance. His full report was sent to us the same evening. We were very impressed!

Dan was on time and very courteous. He walked us through everything, showing us any concerns and telling us how we could make some of the smaller repairs. We had asked him to be thorough and he was! He spent 5 hours on the inspection, not finishing until about 7 pm and still had our report to us by 10 pm! The report is very detailed and complete, and very professional. I would not hesitate to use Dan again and to recommend him to anyone. His rate was very reasonable and he and his wife (who works in the business also) were friendly and accommodating. One word of caution: he is very busy so book him as early as you can. The earliest we could get him was about a week after we called.
