Wright Brothers Glass Co Inc

Called Accurate Windows who originally installed new windows for me. Told them of broken windows. They referred me to Wright Brothers Glass. WBG was punctual for appt to give estimate on 7/15/09. Nice guy presenting estimate. Said it would take about 1 week to order and receive the glass. Did not hear after 2 weeks therefore called WBG for update. The glass was in but WBG holding off any installations due to 100 degree temps outside. Actual installation 3 weeks after estimate. Again, same guy punctual for appt time. Original estimate $225 for labor. Actual installation took only 30 minutes (though said 1.5 to 2 hours at time of estimate)! When questioned about the high cost of labor the installer said he charged me for coming out to take measurements at that initial appt for an estimate! He would not refund any of the labor cost. He did a decent job installing the windows but I thought he was misleading with the time it would actually take to install and then charging me for the time it took to measure (which was about 10 minutes). Shady. Overpriced. Wouldn't recommend this company and would not use again. Did inform Accurate Windows about this lousy referral.
