I made the appointment on Monday and the soonest call was first thing Wed morning. The electrician was on time. We quickly started troubleshooting the problem and realized that there was a gfi tripped in one of our rooms. We felt pretty silly for calling, but he acknowledged the GFI was in a strange place and did it's job. After putting everything back, he helped me troubleshoot a couple of other issues that we can now address on our own.

I called Willamette Electric about the problem that showed up in an inspection report. Time was of the essence. They were at the home the next day. It's very difficult to get contractors to quote jobs this time of year. They provided a bid and completed the work within a couple of days. As usual, they beat my expectations on responsiveness and quality of work done at a very fair price.

They did a really nice job for us. They were responsive. They took the time to ask what we were trying to do and gave suggestions on adding some features to the Christmas tree outlets to make our life a little bit easier.

The owner actually came out to speak with me and was very understanding, his son was part of the duo of knuckleheads let loose..after my complaint one afternoon the following morning I woke to all my palm plants stolen from in front of my home. The previous day knucklehead #1 wanted all sorts of information on those palm plants as he needed them for his new yard...just makes you wonder. They are not meant for residential use.

One evening, our electric dryer stopped running. The dryer circuit would not reset. Willamette Electric answered the phone at 7:30 the next morning and came out at 8:30 one day later. The problem, a faulty circuit breaker, was quickly identified and repaired.

The job worked out okay. The cost was a little more than I thought it would be. I was quoted a price on the phone, and they threw in driving time later. I liked how quickly he got to work. I was a little surprised at the difference between the quoted price of $350 and what the actual price was. He told me when he presented the bill.

We've used them at least five times. They were very fast and come right out. They get the job done. They can do it by themselves without us having to watch them. We will absolutely use them again.

He was fast and helpful. He answered all of my questions and had the right tools with him to finish the job that day.

They arrived on time, were clean, professional, friendly, and listened to my needs. They provided an accurate estimate of the time and cost.

THEY'RE HARD TO GET BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY, BUT THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. I'M SURE THAT THERE ARE UNION WAGES FOR ELECTRICIANS, SO I DON'T THINK THAT'S ANYTHING THEY CAN HELP, BUT THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THEY ARE REPUTABLE.

THEY CAME AND THEY DID THE JOB. THEY MADE SOME SUGGESTIONS ON SOME DIFFERENT WAYS TO GO ABOUT IT. OVERALL, THEY SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE THOROUGH. THEY WROTE IT ALL UP REAL WELL. I GOT ALL THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION FROM THEM.
