West Coast Roofing & Painting installed a new roof on my house in February. My experience was positive from beginning to finish, especially working with Josue Gonzalez, consultant. I was immediately impressed with Josué’s thoroughness when he came to the house for the initial consultation. In addition to visually inspecting the roof from the ground, he climbed up on the roof and took photographs documenting stress areas. He inspected underneath the roof through the crawl space. Josué’s actions were a sharp contrast to another contractor I previously spoke to who simply looked at the roof from the ground. Josué’s actions made my decision to use his company easy. The before and after photos were extremely helpful in seeing and understanding the condition of the roof. The work crew arrived early each day and worked continuously in cold, wet weather. They were courteous and the lead was available and easy to communicate with during the project. About two weeks after the work was done, I noticed a small rip on a back window screen. It looked like it might have been caused by a tool used during the roofing project. I emailed Josue and he responded immediately sending members of his crew to look at the screen. They took the screen and repaired it immediately. I was very impressed by the responsiveness of Josue and the work crew. I highly recommend West Coast Roofing & Painting.
