It was a pleasure to work with Miguel and his smiling crew. They were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond in completing the project. When finished, they left a clean site.

Weinmann Painting did a good job of restoring the painted surfaces around an old attic window. The paint on the wooden fascia and window frame were peeling badly. Crew leader, Poli, and his assistant spent a long time scraping off loose paint with hand tools. Then they applied fresh paint by brush, which brightened the area and protected the surfaces. Now, that upper portion of the outside of the house is ready for the rainy season. I would highly recommend Weinmann Painting.

We are completely pleased with the work performed. The preparation and painting was completed with care and excellence. The staff and crew were always in communication with us regarding their progress. They are professional, timely, and the results are highest quality.

The crew from Weinmann Painting were excellent. They kept us informed of everything both before the project started and while it was happening. Israel was a great source of information and the crew checked in and out everyday and gave constant updates. The most important thing was the end result of course and we are thrilled with it! There were three different colors we required and the team did an excellent job throughout. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Weinmann was a pleasure to work with from the bid process to completion. The communication was exemplary, the process was hassle-free, and the finished product was superior! We got several bids and Weinmann's bid was very fair for the services provided. They did not try to sell us unnecessary work (as did some of the other bidders). The crew was on time everyday, kept us informed about the status and process every day and were a pleasure to work with. It is very obvious that this is a company of honesty and integrity. The owner was involved and throughout the process we felt Weinmann was totally committed to our satisfaction. We recommend with NO reservations and will use them again in the future for all painting needs.

Kevin was great and had some design suggestions for placing accents with trim colors that made a huge impact. They were not the cheapest but competitive and the added customer service was well worth it. They gave thought to sheen, texture, attention to detail (caulking, scraping, corner covers, etc.). Poli and his crew were amazing. They did prep in 97 degree (July 2018) weather and lead abatement rules had them in masks, suits and gloves. The extreme weather conditions did not impact the detail of their work. They were careful with plants and took great care tying back rose bushes, especially because of the weather. We were moved up on the schedule to take advantage of a cancellation, but our backdoor replacement was delayed. The crew came back two months later to paint the door. All in all, Weinmann's was great to work with and I have recommended them to others. I am very picky, but the end result is wonderful.

First of all, don't be put off by the cost of my particular project. The work done on the exterior of my house was more like a restoration than just a simple paint job. There was a good deal of cracked and warped siding that was replaced and, as this is an old house, lead paint removal procedures had to be followed. Even though the total cost was more than I had anticipated, the result is that my house, built in the 1920's, looks brand new again. I certainly got my money's worth because at each stage of the project, from beginning to end, I saw that great care was being taken to get everything right. No shortcuts. Everything done as it should be. I have never encountered three such hard-working, thorough and meticulous individuals as Israel, Miguel and Miguel, the guys who worked on my house. They did impeccable work and everything they touched was done to the highest standards. Each day, the foreman Israel and I would walk around the house while he explained what they would be working on that day. And at the end of the day, he and I would walk around again and he would show me what they had done. There were always opportunities to ask questions, voice concerns or make a request. They were unfailingly on time and several days worked until 7pm to finish a particular segment they were working on. I could not have asked for three better guys to work on my house and, thanks to their good and careful efforts and the very high quality of their work, my house has never looked better. This company is simply the best.

Weinmann was so very impressive with everything they did. I can not say enough good things about this company. So professional, so great at what they do. My house has never looked better. The reason the price was so high as the house had not been painted in something like 25-30 years and it had to have lead abatement. The painters communicated so well. Made sure I closed all windows before pressure washing. The painters even cleaned all of my windows when they were finished. They were there every morning at 730 AM just waiting in their van to get started. I will ALWAYS hire this company for ALL my painting needs!!!

We received bids from more painters than we care to remember. And the recommendations were as varied as the bids! Many gave us conflicting information about product types and techniques. Kevin Weinmann’s experience was evident, and he earned our trust by taking the time to answer our questions clearly and succinctly. Never did we feel we were being forced into anything unnecessary. His paint crew, led by Israel, was courteous, prompt, highly communicative and did a fabulous job. They do quality work with attention to detail. And they were patient and accepting of the additions we requested as the project went along. The house looks great, and we’re getting rave reviews from our neighbors. Their bid was higher than most, but considering the end result, we are very pleased.

I solicited a bid from several painters. I initially interviewed Weinmann based on a personal recommendation.  Kevn Weinmann provided the estimate which arrived in a comprehensive package including: an exhaustive list of references in my area, a list of questions/answers (a "FAQ" sheet), information on licensing, bonding and insurance (they have all three, of course), how they pay the crew (all salaried employees: no "sub-contractors"), a "satisfaction" assurance and a promise that the crew foreman would review the day's plans before commencing work and review status/progress when the day was finished.  They also promised thorough clean-up.  
Initially, the price seemed high, but it was comparable to competitors. I selected Weinmann based on their professionalism, responsiveness and interest in the work. They also made every effort to accommodate my schedule.
The crew arrived promptly each day and sometimes worked for 10 consecutive hours. As promised, everything was done on schedule and the status was reviewed with me each and every day.  Attention to detail was exemplary.  Clean-up was done every day and the preparatory work was meticulous.  Additionally, the crew was unfailingly polite and unswervingly professional (Jaime and Estuardo).  Kevin Weinmann personally visited the site twice to check on things: he never found fault with these "spot inspections" of the work. Neither did I.
In summary, for a "high-end" job, this company is supremely qualified, totally professional and very committed to customer satisfaction.  Obviously, I recommend them.

The office staff are friendly and professional. The crew they sent was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and communicative. I received daily texts from the crew leader, Jaime. The work they accomplished in 7 days was miraculous. The work site was left clean and tidy everyday. Several of my neighbors commented on how friendly the crew was. I have had a lot of work done over the years on my home and this was, by far, the most hassle free experience I have ever had. And my house looks amazing!

It was great.  They checked in at the beginning of the day; they knew what's going to happened and at the end of the day they checked out before they left.  They never left a mess.  It's great.  They did a good job.  They're very professional because of the interactions every day.  There were couple of times they needed to come into the house and do jobs they can't do outside.  They put the cover of their shoes on to make sure not to make tracks stuffed in.

I could not have been happier with my experience with Weinmann. We got three quotes, and the Weinmann quote was on the more expensive side, but with painting you get what you pay for. As part of the quote, there was a listing of other homes they had done in the area, and there are homes they painted 10 years ago that look better than some of the homes that were painted last year by some of the other painters we were looking at. The paint job took 2.5 weeks (as estimated), and they didn't put up a single coat of paint until the 2nd week due to all of the preparation they had to do. I would absolutely recommend using them again...I could not be happier with the results.

We needed to have the interior of our house painted. We have been the only owners/occupiers of the house, and after 15 years, it needed painting. We had used Weinmann Painting 9 years ago to paint the exterior, and they did a great job back then. So, they were the first and only quote I got.
Kevin Weinmann did the quote. He showed up on time and was very professional. I explained that we wanted to paint the interior of the house before we put it on the market to sell. Much to his credit, Kevin then suggested to me which areas needed special attention for selling the house, and which areas might be good enough as-is without painting. He explained that trim work is expensive to paint. Some trim had chips of paint missing, so he included in the quote a number of hours to touch-up trim work, versus painting all the trim, which saved a lot of money. Kevin borrowed a cabinet door from the Master Bath in order to match the trim color, and that turned out great. The touched-up areas match the existing paint very nicely. Our walls and ceilings were all painted the same color—an off-white called Miller Hayseed—which he agreed is a good idea for selling the house. He did recommend a different color for the Master Bedroom walls to make the trim “pop.” His choice turned out to look great; we asked ourselves, “Why didn’t we do this earlier?” Kevin’s quote had some legal terms and conditions that mentioned the specific items in the contract were the only work that would get done. He and I had spoken about several other things I wanted done, which were not in the contract. I inserted comments in his pdf file of the quote and mentioned that I wanted those included. Kevin quickly added what I wanted. He offered a generous discount for early booking, which I took advantage of. He also offered a discount for cash/check payment, which I also took advantage of. Half of the payment was due at the start, and half was due upon completion.
Lori Weinmann is the person we dealt with by e-mail and phone for scheduling, materials and billing. Lori was always very fast in responding to inquiries and changes. She showed very good customer service, unlike many businesses today.
Israel was the Crew Leader. Israel was another great example of customer service. He followed the Weinmann Painting process of checking in at the start of the work day, at the end of the work day, and any time there was a decision to be made or information to be given. Israel questioned that we were not painting the Family Room. I was surprised, because it needed painting badly, and its ceiling was a continuation of the kitchen ceiling, which both needed painting in a bad way. Somehow, the Family Room was omitted from the quote, and I did not catch that. I contacted Lori, who quickly contacted Kevin and gave me the quote to add the Family Room. With an e-mail exchange, we got the contract amended and my official approval of the contract change in place. I appreciated the customer service of both Israel and Lori in this instance.
Israel and his crew always showed up early. I appreciated that (vs. wasting my day waiting for the TV cable guy who doesn’t show up). The first day was spent entirely in preparing the house. Israel and team masked off the floor, doorknobs, etc. Included in the quote was the moving of heavy furniture. Israel and crew would move each room’s heavy furniture to the middle of the room and cover with plastic sheeting to protect it while they painted. At the end of the job, they moved the heavy furniture back in place and cleaned up totally.
The end result is a very fine job of interior painting. I highly recommend Weinmann Painting, especially if you are very particular about good quality workmanship like I am.

Weinmann Painting was responsive and detailed from the first point of coming to make a bid, giving us sample paint colors, providing options for stripping the paint, and then making sure that the paint color was what we wanted.  They were timely and thorough.  The spring weather wasn't always cooperative for this outdoor project and they communicated with us and kept us posted on when they'd return to finish.  The end product is fantastic.

Weinmann is my go to painting company. Kevin and Lori are great to work with hand their crews are wonderful. Their work is immaculate and they always follow up to see if everything was done properly, if I've ever needed anything retouched or a trim color fixed they do it without hesitation. I trust them in my home and wouldn't call anyone else!

They did a beautiful job, as always. They cleaned up completely and were exactly on time. My only complaint is that the project seemed very expensive. We had them paint the whole exterior 3 years ago and they did a wonderful job.

I have worked with Kevin and Lori Weinmann before, and they are a pleasure to work with. The crew was very professional. They were here for about 5 days, some days working in the cool rainy weather. My house looks beautiful, and I have received so many compliments. I had one problem. One of the patio walls was very porous, and the dampness in late October caused the paint to run. I told Kevin about it. He sent his team back in June once the rainy season had ended. They repainted the wall, did a few other touch ups, and also painted an exterior door for me that had not been installed in time for them to do it in the fall. I truly appreciated this follow up. I will call Weinmann Painting for my next painting project.

Kevin Weinmann went over the job with me prior to giving me the estimate. I felt that the estimate was reasonable. I did a walk-through before and after the job with the crew leader. Kevin kindly answered my questions about how I could do some other work on the house myself. I'm very pleased with the work that Weinmann did on the exterior of my house. No surprises, tidy, polite, punctual. I felt like I was working with real professionals and would definitely hire them again.
