After a year many places appear almost bare. Ware-ever application process consisted of dropping a blob of material out of the tank and then diluting. directly on the asphalt by spraying a couple gallons of water into the blob as it was spread by the help. A year later many areas deem transparent. The longer i lot at this job the more I am disgusted.

Our business's parking lot needed to be re striped and knowing it is fall and rains a lot we figured it would be a long process. I called one morning and received a GREAT price, and he said he would work around our store hours and the rain. He actually stopped by that same day after hours and did a more than wonderful job. Response to request for an estimate was very good. The work was scheduled in a reasonable time frame and was initially completed in a timely way. The first step in the job was for some depressed areas along the edge of the driveway to be filled with new asphalt and a sub-contracted team came to do that job. A couple weeks later, Ware-ever arrived to complete the other steps in the job. A motorized, rotary brush was used to clean the driveway and a blower was used to remove loose debris from the area to be sealcoated. Deep cracks were filled with a crack filler material and then the entire driveway was sealcoated with the sealcoat material applied using squeegees. Upon initial completion of the work, the driveway looked great. After 2-3 weeks it became apparent that certain areas were not adequately cleaned and that in spots, such as where there had been some moss, the sealcoating did not apply to the blacktop. Also, there were some deep cracks that formed where the sealcoating overlayed the newly laid asphalt. I called Ware-ever about the problems and was told that they would be out to look at the problem as soon as possible but it could be a few days. I was called back in a few days with indication that their schedule was very full and it could yet be several days before they could check the work on our driveway. Ultimately, it was two months before the work was checked and the areas in question re-treated. I was told that the cracks that had developed resulted from incompatibility between the new asphalt that was laid and the sealcoating material. I would have thought that this incompatibility would have been known ahead of time and a solution determined before the work was undertaken. Cracks were filled and re-cleaning and sealcoating were done in the areas where it wasn't successfully applied earlier. Ware-ever did not bill us for the job until after my concerns had been addressed. Update: after the winter following job completion, several areas of the blacktop exhibited pealing of the seal coat material. I called Dennis and he checked it out and ultimately (the next year) re-sealcoated the areas where there was pealing--at no charge.

After contacting many asphalt pavers and not getting any responses, Dennis Ware at Ware-Ever was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, reasonably priced, did an excellent job and was willing to coordinate his schedule to meet the needs of the five families sharing the driveway. Nice work indeed! My share of the work was $347, but the total cost of the job was about $1500.

Dennis was very responsive in answering my request for a bid. He came out to the house and suggested a couple of things I could do that would save some money and make the product last longer. He explained the process in detail and sent the bid the next day. Waiting for weather conditions was a factor, but he gave us 2 days notice before coming out to do the work. They did an excellent job, obviously knew what they were doing and seemed to really enjoy themselves in the process.

Work was completed in one day. Company was quick to give an estimate and do the work. I was quite pleased and would recommend this company. I do not know what this job would normally cost so don't know how the price compares.

This is the only company (out of 4!), that called us back to follow with estimate and finish job. Competitive price - considering smaller job, and nice work. Highly recommend.
