They did a great job with my repair and arranged for my rental car and pick up drop off. They were fast too, so I only had to wait about ten days. I would definitely use them again-- of course I hope I don't have to!

Overall, the process went well. They did a rapid and thorough initial assessment, and communicated clearly that their assessment might change once they started disassembly. They coordinated very efficiently with our insurance company both initially and when additional damage was discovered.
They communicated clearly throughout the process and made realistic estimates of how long the job would take.
The work itself seemed to be good quality - all seams aligned evenly, affected moving parts worked properly after repair. Paint matched well and was buffed out like new.
They honored an Angie's List coupon, reducing our deductible from $500 to $250.

Great.. I broke the mirror on Thursday and was calling around for quotes on Friday.  Layla answered the phone immediately.  She was very friendly; took all the info and gave me a quote for a new one (reasonably priced), but mentioned she might be able to find a used one for about $100 less, including matching the paint, if I didn't mind that it wasn't new.   I have a litle more unusual car (Kia Rondo) and was skeptical, but she called me back in just a few hours saying she'd managed to find one.  We scheduled  to bring the car in Tuesday, hoping the the mirror would arrive on time on Monday.  On Monday Layla confirmed the mirror had arrived, and confirmed Tues was still good for me.
All went great;  I dropped off the car, caught the bus across the street to work (they don't have loaners), and Layla called me later in the day to confirm it was ready.  The keys were left where we agreed since I couldn't get there before they closed.  All went smoothly.  The mirror looks like the original; paint job is a perfect match and it works smoothly.
This a "no bells & whistles" place, but the communication was great, work looked fine, and the price was good.  I would definitely go back again.

I can't say enough good things about this shop! It was a very pleasant, hassle free experience and they did exceptional work! I will never go anyplace else for auto body repairs! I am just delighted!

These folks are top-notch. The owner was so thorough in discussing what would be needed to fix some rust that caused a leak and subsequent mildew in a "classic" van I purchased recently. He was very communicative and obviously concerned about my cost versus value of the van...not wanting to oversell his services. He finished the work as scheduled and it looks amazing! And after the few rains, not a drop of water in the van. I wish all service providers were as friendly, professional, trustworthy and high-quality as these folks.

Everything went well.  They were good about keeping me apprised of the work's progress, completed the job in a timely manner, and had the car looking just as it had prior to the accident.  They also had good customer service.  Specifically, they were very apologetic about receiving the wrong type of door from their manufacturer even though this was beyond their control.  Furthermore, they compensated for the resulting delays by doing some additional bumper work at no extra cost.

It was great!  They did excellent work and charged a very competitive price.  Furthermore, the person at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided good service.  I would highly recommend them.

I've never had a better experience with an auto body shop...period.  I started with a vehicle that was nearly totaled and was worried about what my car would be like after it was fixed.   I wanted the insurance company to classify it as totaled, but they didn't, so I had to live with it.  After being repaired, I honestly think that my car looks better than before.   I absolutely cant tell that it's been in a crash.  The paint is flawless and the bent frame has been completely fixed, along with all the other mechanical repairs that went into this job.
Ogi, the shops owner, was very clearly only interested in seeing that I was happy with the job his shop did.  I never felt once felt that he was looking to take any shortcuts.   I was also extremely impressed with his knowledgeable, friendly staff.   I felt comfortable leaving my car with them from the moment I met with them.
Should I ever have to go this ordeal again, I wont consider another shop.
In short, highly recommend.   You wont be sorry.
