They worked on my flooring until I was completely satisfied.

The job started off with the installer not showing up and the contact person, Joe, not knowing why. Turns out, the installer's wife was in contact with someone who had Covid, so he was getting tested. No problem there, except for not notifying anyone. Next, when they did get an installer the following day, the material was not here, when it arrives, it is the wrong size and delays the job again. The job that was supposed to be completed by Thursday, was not done until Saturday. This delay also forced us to stay out of the house for an additional day (at my expense). Though informed of a possible reduction in the cost in compensation for the aggravation, none was given.

I am SO thrilled I went with Tom H. at Trinity Flooring! I had a deep scratch in my engineered hardwood flooring that I needed to be repaired. Tom gave me several options and explained the pros and cons of each one. I NEVER felt pressured to choose any specific option, and I wasn t up sold on flooring!! Each of my encounters with Tom found him to be: a clear communicator (relayed information to me in a way I understood and LISTENED TO MY NEEDS!), responsible (returned calls and stayed within estimate), and professional (showed up on time and finished repair on time!). I would HIGHLY recommend Trinity Flooring for ANY of your flooring needs!!

We had to have them come back twice to fix some sloppy work by their installers. They did stand behind their work, and Mark s customer service was excellent!

Kody was fantastic from start to finish. We've never had new floors put in and he patiently walked us through and thoroughly explained every step. He got us a great deal on beautiful floors that will work best for our busy, messy house. He even went above and beyond offering advice and resources for an issue we were having on other remodeling. Aleksandr installed our new floors. Despite a language barrier he was friendly and very courteous. We felt very comfortable with him in our house. His craftsmanship and professionalism were exemplary. We left carpet in our bedrooms and we have no doubt we will hire Trinity and hope for Kody and Aleksandr to be the men to complete our remodeling.

The crew was efficient and timely. Language was a bit of a drawback, but presented no serious problem. Would use this company again.

I used Trinity for new flooring and a tile back splash. The tile was OK, but had to pay my handy man extra to work out some outlet covers that were cut a little wide and had to work to cover them. The guy was late both days too. For the flooring - they began December 6th and with trim and some other items they needed to finish - they finalized everything by end of February - which I find to be a very long time. Every time the guy came to fix the last few things, he didnt know the list to fix and had to come back another time. Once the majority of the project was done - I basically fell off their radar and had to continue to chase them to get the project finalized. Which I don't really like nor did I like that my house was unfinished for almost 90 days. No apology from anyone, nothing discounted for my time chasing them and sitting around waiting every time someone had to come back.

There can be hazardous fumes associated with carpet installation, and it would be wise to inform the customer. I kept shutting the front door, and the installer would open it again for aeration.

Great work , great feeling in house now.

We appreciated that Kody checked on the carpet and tile work being done several times going over directions and details for the job with us and with the workers.

Wonderful project management, excellent quality of ceramic products. Installation was done very well since my project required creative thinking and strong knowledge of the craft.

I would recommend them to anyone completing flooring. They back up what they say they will do.

Trinity Floors did a very good job and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Great customer service, very willing to talk through options, and the lead time to get work done was only 2-3 weeks. That is much faster than I was quoted at Lowes. A piece of trim was not reinstalled quite right, which is why did not give them 5 stars on quality. Otherwise the installation when smoothly and quality so far seems good.

They respond to your questions and are on time. They are courteous when you talk with them.

great quality work by a craftsman. thorough planning of different floor levels and appliances fitting back in. good clean up after too.

Initial crew that came out to replace our bathtub drywall and tile on 11/1/17 were not professional. They arrived around 9 am or so, set up, played very loud music in the hall while we were sitting in a nearby room, and after 6 pm they stated they did not have enough tile to complete job. They said had to order more tile and would be possibly a week or more to return. Our bathroom was left with boxes of tile stacked around tub and toilet and drywall dust everywhere. They were scheduled to return on 11/6 around 9 am, but did not arrive until after 11 a.m. my husband and I heard their voices as they spoke to my daughter in garage, then they left telling my daughter they needed more supplies, never speaking to us. I waited until 3pm then I initiated a call to the business owner to find out why the disappearing act and no conversation between tile crew and us. Another crew came out on 11/8. They were very professional and quickly completed the job ( with one issue of having to call for delivery of missing tile). On 11/13 our sales rep did a walk through and we discussed issues including the mess left in bathroom ( tub had many areas of adhesive, coating type material stuck on tub as well as pencil measuring marks up to ceiling also plumbing fixtures were not put back on shower and when my husband went to do so found a trim piece missing causing us to purchase replacement) . Rep said she would send out technician to clean the material stuck to tub, this ended up being scheduled for 11/21 but was a no show? I had to call to find out why did not show leaving many calls before receiving a response— when finally rescheduled for 11/29 at 7:30 am, he did not arrive until 8:20. This company needs to work on their communication. They should keep customer apprised of any schedule changes, set proper expectations regarding schedule and be timely in returning, and initiating phone calls.

Matthew was great to work with. Explained the process and timeline thoroughly and was extremely patient with us making a decision. Installation team were professional and courteous. Always kept us informed of their progress. Matthew came by during the installation to ensure the quality and progress was acceptable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Trinity team. Some of the factors that brought my rating both down & up were unique to the situation. Pros: The customer service was fantastic, especially when mistakes were made. I felt like the most important thing to the people at Trinity Flooring, was for me to be happy with both the finished job & my experience with the company as a whole. The crew that installed my carpet worked harder & faster than I've ever seen anyone work in my life. They were an absolute joy to have in my home. Cons: The only issues I had were how things were left when the job was done. My new carpet was covered with carpet shavings, long pieces of stitching shooting out from the edges of the carpet & some of the baseboards were chipped. I've never had new carpet installed, so this could very well be the norm, but cleaning up after completing the job I've paid you to do seems like a reasonable act. When I have my house painted, they don't leave the tape up when the painters finish. The carpet shavings weren't there when you arrived so they should not remain when you leave. I was surprised, if it were me, I'd want my finished product to look presentable when the customer first sees it. The same goes for the large amount of stitching sticking out all over my house. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning just in case these things aren't the industry standard. Pricing was my lowest bid & they were also able to fit me into their schedule the soonest. I would recommend them & I would hire them again.
