They were punctual, professional, and very fast. I asked them to complete it quickly because I am a medical professional and needed it done before patients arrived for the day. I would definitely hire them again.

Between the problem with the dispatch, the grossly inappropriate and unprofessional attire and the small damage to my wall, I would not use the company again. They did get me in my house and the price might be comparable to others, but I would go elsewhere.

I urgently needed a copy of my key to an old security club for my car. I have been looking for a locksmith who could copy the key for YEARS. Brent, George and David Miller helped me create the club key copy (B74) from the club itself. They were pleasant and fast. I have been to locksmiths all over town, and until them, no one could do it. I am a very satisfied customer. They are open on rainy day Saturdays and also have brightly colored key markers to make keys more visible. I bought a pink one and will go back again to buy more. It seems like a small amount of satisfaction, but the fact that they could make the copy of this strange-shaped key after so many other Portland locksmiths and keymakers said "Nope, Sorry, Can't help you Ma'am" reassured me that if I ever get locked out of my car, I will not have to spend $100 to call a locksmith (like them) to come out and break the lock off! An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

They said they would be able to get to my home quickly. After about 40 minutes later the guy showed up he was very apologetic and said there was a lot of traffic. Which at that time of day there could have been quite a bit of traffic. He did have to work a little harder than usual to unlock the door. The lock was not damaged after he had unlocked the door. I thought their prices were a little high. After the work was done, I called to see how much they charged and they said charged $47.50 if they are in the area or $95 if not. They did tell me they were in the area but was still charged $95.

AFTER A DIFFICULT DAY OF A FAILED FAUCET THAT CAUSED LEAKING WATER ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR, SPENDING $400+ FOR A NEW FAUCET AND INSTALLATION, AND A POWER OUTAGE IN THE AREA THAT CRIPPLED THE AUTOMATIC GARAGE DOOR, MY MOTHER AND I WERE LOCKED OUT OF HER HOUSE IN THE EVENING. NEITHER OF US HAD A KEY SO WE CALLED TRI-COUNTY LOCKSMITH AFTER PICKING THEM OUT OF THE YELLOW PAGES. ROBERT WAS THERE IN 15 MINUTES AND SPEND A LOT OF TIME PICKING A DIFFICULT LOCK ON A SECURITY SCREEN DOOR BEFORE THEN PICKING THE FRONT DOOR LOCK. WE HAD BEEN QUOTED A PRICE AND EVEN THOUGH HE HAD TO DO TWO LOCKS HE DIDN'T CHARGE US ANY MORE. HE ALSO TOOK OFF THE DOOR HANDLE AND MADE A NEW HOUSE KEY FOR MY MOTHER AT NO CHARGE BECAUSE HE COULD SEE THAT WE'D "HAD A HARD DAY ALREADY". WE WERE VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE PROMPT RESPONSE AND THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A MOMENTS NOTICE.

HE WAS TIMELY, THOROUGH, AND WILLING TO WORK WITH US ON A CHALLENGING SITUATION. IT WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED, BUT IT WAS ALSO MORE WORK THAN I EXPECTED. I RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

QUICK, EFFICIENT, NO FRILLS. PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY BEYOND ORIGINAL QUOTE, BUT REFLECTS OBSTACLES ENCOUNTERED ON THE JOB. THE DIFFERENCE WAS FAIR.

WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE QUICK RESPONSE WE GOT, AND VERY HAPPY NO FUN TO BE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR CAR. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWING WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

TRI-COUNTY LOCKSMITH SERVICE DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY REPLACED THE LOCK AND ADJUSTED SO THE DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES NICELY.
