Tom was the leader of this team and had seen what was to be done when he visited me to do the estimate.
When they arrived they already had a plan on how to do the work so they started as soon as they got out of there truck.
The whole job was done faster that anyone else I have used over the past few years and the follow up cleanup was
done as the job progressed so they were finished within a two hour window.
I highly recommend Tree Masters for anyone that expects quality work, a fair price and great service.

My husband didn't recognize it was the wrong person and gave the green light to the wrong Tom (Tom Burke), who is not an arborist. (Tom Bartels is an arborist and does excellent work, by the way.) I was not pleased with the shape of the tree after he was finished (too many large branches were removed) and there was still a lot of little dead wood left in the tree, which became a problem two years later. I had to hire the correct Tom this fall to have it removed properly.
I will say that this Tom (Burke) was punctual and professional. His price was very low. One of the larger branches chipped the corner of a brick grill structure as it fell to the ground, which he did pay to repair.
If I were just to have work done around the yard, I would hire him but I will never ask him to work on my trees again. I'm mad at myself for choosing the wrong contractor. I wish their names weren't so similar. But now I know!
This was one of the more pleasant contractor experiences I have had and am looking forward to working with them in the sping.
I did not like the way that they treated the bushes and plants that surrounded the larger trees which they were working on. They stepped on, crushed and even tore out several plants in the process of removing the larger branches. I understand that it can be tricky removing larger items, but it seemed to me that they could have been more careful, or at the very least explained to me that the surrounding plants might get damaged.
