I think he is amazing. There was actually no charge to me because he was redoing a surgery. I have used them probably for about a year. He is hands down the best, most caring, qualified vet that I have dealt with and I have been dealing with vets for 30 years. He takes the time to listen and he doesn’t just throw solutions at the problem if he is not sure what the problem is. I think he is very comparable to everybody in the area as far as pricing.

It's a honest place and he's really good about telling you what you need to do. They send a postcard to remind you to get a vaccination or anything. The receptionists are really nice. They give you feedback about any problems you may have and they suggest things that you can do. I like the receptionists there. They very knowledgeable. I have trust in him. He's tried to help my dog with the itching and chewing. Nothing seems to work very well.

Without Dr. Andrew's quick diagnosis and skillful surgery our dog would have died from internal bleeding. Today our dog is fully recovered and doing great. We highly recommend Dr. Andrew and his staff at Town and Country Animal Hospital in Portland, Oregon.

They always take good care of my animals.

A very, very good outfit. They have been very helpful with our cats. Very fair, prompt, and professional.

I would recommend them for the price, affordability, they don't try to con you for a bunch of money, they're straight shooters, and don't make you feel guilty. We have been going there a couple and was recommended by a friend. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

First, when I dropped off our cat, I was rather suprised they told me that a and quot;drop offand quot; appointment required a $100 deposit. I could understand this if we didn't have a history with the clinic, but given the fact that we've been taking our animals there for over 20 years, and have never carried a balance at the clinic I was actually offended that they would and quot;requireand quot; this payment. I was assured that if the charges did not exceed $100.00 the bal would be refunded.

After 3 hours the Vet Tech called saying that our cat was extremely dehydrated and wanted authorization to administer fluids, which we approved. We were told the doctor would call us back with the exam results. (We did approve a $118 blood test)

We were expecting a bill around $200 and I was surprised when the charges came to $301.00 ! One of the charges were $14 for and quot;day boardingand quot; When I questioned the charge I was told that this was in lieu of and and quot;emergency chargeand quot;. Apparently $287 was not enough for the visit and it was one more way to and quot;ca-chingand quot; us for more money.

It seems like the attitude of the front office staff has changed over the past 4-5 years and being a loyal customer doesn't matter any more. The focus seems to be on how they can increase the charges. We realize and expect prices to increase over 20 years, but it seems that the prices at Town and Country have exceeded the rate of inflation. I personally have been uninsured for the past 3 years and my doctor visits are less expensive than what we have to pay for for the cat.

Freddy got along fine and Dr. Ann Langer explained in detail and gave detailed printed instructions for post-op treatment of the wound to be sure it drained and healed properly. We had cats treated previously here and liked the friendly, caring treatment.

He is very comfortable to be with and his treatment to my pets is always the best... from good care to difficult decisions. I highly recommend him. It's a clean and caring location that offers good quality care. I am so very happy with this location and the people that serve me and my pets. I also use Liz the groomer.

I have used Dr. Andrew for the past 12 years. He is an excellent vet. I have used other vets at this hospital from time to time (when Dr. A was unavailable), and have not been as impressed--but Dr. Andrew is tried and true. I trust him wholeheartedly with my dogs.

Dr. Andrews and the Town and Country team have cared for our animals since 1996. We appreciate the excellence and compassion they extend to our family, and we view them as partners in our animal family's good health and lives. We frequently recommend their services to other families interested in the highest quality and affordable veterinary care.

I have been very happy with this Vet. I travel 25 min. to go here, instead of down the street closer to me. Dr. Andrews and Dr. V. are such caring vets. We have always been satisfied in work done for our baby, 115lbs yellow Lab!!! I recommend them to everyone I know.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF TAKING CARE OF OUR BABY. HE WAS 11 THEN AND HAD BROKEN FEMORS ON BOTH KNEES. THIS SURGERY PROVIDED STABILITY IN THE KNEE--IT WAS SLIDING AROUND AT THE TIME. HE IS NOW 13 AND DOING GREAT!
