I have an ABR license which means I have taken classes in representing you, as one option, assist them with a short sale, or help figure out what I can do for them. I can also assist buyers in using their IRA as an alternative investment tool., the buyer. I completed the CRS test 17 years ago. This is the highest level of a license you can get! I have a CDPE; a license for distressed property and sellers that are having a hard time making payments. I can help them maybe stay in their home

Great I would use them again in a minute he went above and beyond found people to help with removing trees and help with the entire process of househunting from looking to closing the deal and beyond

We are probably going to pull out of this for a while because we are apparently beyond a good window for putting our house on the market. We were curious with what was out there that we could possibly live in besides our house. We don't feel like it is the right time to put our house on the market. He is a nice person and relatively easy to talk to. He has been in real estate for probably a long time. He is very knowledgeable. Sometimes we thought that he wasn't listening to us as carefully as we would have liked. He thinks about it in terms of what he thinks we might like and what we could afford. We more just wanted to look at what was out there. We found him to be very nice and we would certainly recommend him. He is very experienced.

Tom is the best real estate agent we've ever worked with.  This is the third house that we?ve bought through Tom. Before Tom, we worked with other real estate agents.  Unlike the other real estate agents we've worked with in the past, I feel that Tom is extremely honest and has the buyer's best interest at heart.  With other agents, every house you walk into they talk about how great the house is, even if it has obvious flaws.  I've never felt that Tom has pushed us in one direction or another.  He simply presents facts and lets the buyers make an educated decision.  He does not try to influence or sway the buyer. 



Tom has always been extremely patient which is important in a realtor.  It's a big decision and I don't like the way other realtors make a buyer feel rushed. 



Tom is a true professional and has been doing this for years.  He?s technically knowledgeable. He knows a lot about construction and houses.   I just met him by chance 20 years ago. I walked in to a real estate agent and at that time was working with a different office. We had no prior relationship with him.  We would use him again in the future and highly recommend him.
