WE HAD SOME INITIAL PROBLEMS WITH SCHEDULING. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THIS, THEY QUICKLY RECTIFIED THE ISSUE, SO WE PROCEEDED WITH THE YEAR LONG CONTRACT. THE WEEKLY MAINTENANCE IS DONE REGULARLY, AND WELL, THOUGH IT'S NOT OUTSTANDING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, HOWEVER, BECAUSE WE HAVE TWICE SET UP APPOINTMENTS WITH THE OWNER TO DISCUSS ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING TO BE DONE IN OUR YARD. BOTH TIMES WE'VE TAKEN TIME OFF WORK TO BE HOME ON TIME TO MEET HIM AND BOTH TIMES HE HAS STOOD US UP. THE FIRST TIME HE USED THE EXCUSE THAT HE'D LOST OUR PHONE NUMBER, AND HAD CALLED TO CANCEL, BUT HAD THE WRONG NUMBER. GIVING HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, WE RESCHEDULED. THE SECOND TIME THERE WAS NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT HE'D MISSED THE APPOINTMENT. SIMPLY AN UNRELIABLE COMPANY IF YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE.
