We've been Timmco insurance clients for the past five years. We have automobile, homeowner, umbrella, and rental policies through Timmco. Without question, they've been the best insurance company that my wife and I have ever had. Our agent Bob Rosson always asks great questions and is genuinely concerned about finding the best insurance to fit our needs. When we made an automobile claim, we were impressed with how quickly and professionally Bob took care of our needs. We truly felt we had an advocate in the insurance process - a big improvement over past dealings we've had with insurance agencies.

We just moved to the area from out-of-state and needed to get our auto and renters insurance set up quickly. After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, I contacted the company through a general submission form and received a response right away. Within three days we had all of our policies in place and were able to do everything online and over the phone, including signatures. It was all very quick and painless!

My sewer line was broken by a developer next door. My family was without the use of bathroom facilities and the air in the house was terrible, he had air scrubbers and a port-a-potty out in hours and we were able to get the claim in and processed with great speed. He is great to deal with and explains everything.
