It went well overall.  Tom was responsive in giving us an estimate.   He was meticulous in his work and cleaned up well.  He was pleasant to work with and is a genuinely nice guy.  He is in demand with many repeat customers, so you need to book him early if you have a deadline in mind.  He was helpful in giving us tips about paint colors as well.  He is definitely not the lowest bidder on a paint job, but you get what you pay for.  Tom did an excellent job, and we have had many positive comments from neighbors on our house. The job was done in 2008, and it still looks great.

He?s meticulous. His crepe work is awesome. He did the best caulking job I have ever seen. He caulks everything before he paints. He?s not inexpensive. We didn?t get other bids. We seen a house done in our block and we really liked it. My son who ended up using him said that he was higher than a lot of other bids. He said he can do it and first of all he?s worth it. You get what you pay for. He?s just a heck of a nice guy. I highly recommend him. He?s never done any indoor painting for us, but he?s really excellent with outdoors; that I know. He?s done work around this side last summer. He gets his business through word of mouth. People notice the work done on the houses and they want to hire him. The price was in between $5000 and $7000, I?m not sure of the exact price though. It was a big house to paint, so it wasn?t a small job. I think he also gives free estimates. I would use his services again in the future.

Interior painting has been a great experience as well. He has painted extremely high foyers and skylight/ceiling areas. He cares about your job and wants it to be the best it can be. He is nice to be around, calls to give you an update on his hours/availability if necessary. He also helped us pick our colors for both interior and exterior (saving us from our own bad choices :), and we couldn't be more pleased with his quality work. He even cleaned out a gutter that was severely clogged, just because he's such a nice guy! Definitely goes above and beyond for you.
