They do good inspections. They do the inspections quickly and also schedule the inspections quickly. They last did an inspection in my property about 2 weeks ago. I would continue to use them in future.

Home inspection was very thorough. I used this company when I purchased the home and again when I sold it because Tom did such a good job the first time around. Marc, Tom's employee, is very personable, shows up on time and highlights all of the potential problem areas. Their service includes a concise report with digital photos printed on site. I would gladly recommend Tom Markos to anyone.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY THOROUGH DURING HIS INSPECTION BY LISTING ALL AREAS TO BE FIXED AND TAKING PHOTOS, SO WE WOULD HAVE A RECORD OF THESE. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND DID HIS WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.
