Ceramic Tile Service
It was a very difficult job to do, and there was dust everywhere. I think in the future, I would put plastic over all surfaces a it was a mess but he cleaned up most of it... it probably took longer than planned...2 days.
But the final result was perfect...no chipping, cracking, peeling, all solid grout... he did such a good job that the previous cuts made by someone else who did the tile before we bought the house showed up a bit, but not his fault, just more reason perhaps to pick a lighter color where they would not be as noticeable.
We are really thrilled with the results though and would definitely recommend this contractor.

The work done was extremely shoddy. Replacement 'grout' is chalky and powdery. Many areas were skipped, and large visible holes left in grout between tiles. The 'technician' who did the work did not have the skill level required of the job. We asked them to send a different person to repair the mess. He was the only one they had on staff. We are selling our house and have hired almost every type of contractor (painters, plumbers, electricians, granite installers, tile setters, roofers, finish carpenters) in the past 12 months to get it ready for market. Almost all of them have been very good to excellent. We had no idea that anybody could be as bad as this outfit.

Grout never cured properly, remained gray in places when other spots returned to white. New grout was not sealed at all in places. Used caulk instead of grout for "quick fixes." Did not remove all the original grout. They had to come back a second time, and grout issues were not fixed. After that, they would not respond to repeated requests to repair the work. Required full payment before we could inspect and approve work. Would not refund money.
