Description of Work: Purchased a LivingSocial Coupon and could not get anyone to return my call to schedule an appointment. Message on their phone indicates to go to their website and click on LivingSocial. The "click here to schedule an appointment" was not functioning. Bad business practices.

Description of Work: The Cleaning Bug did a good job cleaning my house. I signed them up to come every two weeks. They are not the cheapest, but my house was definitely clean. Their service people are licensed and bonded, they respond quickly to emails and phone messages, and if you are not satisfied with something they will come back and re-clean at no cost.

house cleaning
+ -1 morehad to call 3 times and send 2 emails to get someone to call me back to set up an appointment for the following week. Took the only appointment they had available for the following week to clean a vacant house. The lady on the phone told me they would do a thourough cleaning and then focus on the areas that needed extra attention. I told her the kithcen and the bathrooms were the areas for extra focus. My dad met the girls and the house and they started on the 2 1/2 bathrooms and the kitchen. They did not clean anywhere else. They did not vacumme or sweep or dust. Just the bathrooms and the kitchen and they were not very clean. Looked like they cleaned every other drawer in the kitchen and no drawers in the bathrooms. The bathroom drawers were full of hair and dust. Terrible cleaning job. Very disappointed. Not worth the time or money even at a discount.
Description of Work: Purchased a living social deal for 4 hours of cleaning. Used to clean a vacant house.
