had to call 3 times and send 2 emails to get someone to call me back to set up an appointment for the following week.  Took the only appointment they had available for the following week to clean a vacant house.  The lady on the phone told me they would do a thourough cleaning and then focus on the areas that needed extra attention.  I told her the kithcen and the bathrooms were the areas for extra focus.  My dad met the girls and the house and they started on the 2 1/2 bathrooms and the kitchen.  They did not clean anywhere else.  They did not vacumme or sweep or dust.  Just the bathrooms and the kitchen and they were not very clean.  Looked like they cleaned every other drawer in the kitchen and no drawers in the bathrooms.  The bathroom drawers were full of hair and dust.  Terrible cleaning job.  Very disappointed. Not worth the time or money even at a discount.
