TerraClean arrived on time and cleaned our carpets with their eco-friendly cleaning solutions. As a chemically-sensitive person, I appreciated the fact that there was no smell residue once the carpet was fully dry (which took about a day or so). Some of the old carpet stains came out, but not all of them. I was satisfied with the outcome since the carpet looked so much improved overall. It was wonderful to have a clean carpet! They did a complete job and even gave us a small break on the price for cleaning stairs. This company is more expensive than regular commercial carpet cleaners, but I felt that it was worth the money and I will use them again.

A very polite, professional and thorough job. I was very pleased that they took special care and extra time to clean my carpet and stairs and couch. They didn't rush the job. The carpets were extracted so they were dry very quickly. I also liked the safe cleaners with no chemical smell or residue.

They were polite, on time, worked fast but carefully, and managed to make my old furniture look good again. I was able to use my furniture almost immediately and there was no chemical odor at all. I would highly recommend them.

THESE GUYS WERE RIGHT ON TIME, INTRODUCED THEMSELVES NICELY. THEY WERE ALL CLEAN AND DRESSED IN RECOGNIZABLE UNIFORMS (THINGS LIKE THIS LEAVE ME FEELING EVEN MORE SECURE ABOUT LEAVING MY HOME OPEN TO THEM). I PICKED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ONLY USE ECO-FRIENDLY TECHNIQUES, AND I KNOW WHAT I MEAN WHEN I SAY THIS, NOT SIMPLY THAT THEY RECYCLE ETC. AS I SAID IN THE OTHER PARAGRAPH, I ALSO PICKED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I LEARNED THAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE TREATED FAIRLY AND AREN'T HARMING THEIR BODIES IN ANY WAY WITH HARMFUL CHEMICALS. WE ALL KNOW THAT WE WANT OUR HOME TO BE CLEAN AND SAFE, BUT THE FEELING THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS AFTER THIS COMPANIES SERVICE LEAVES YOU(ME) FEELING DOWN-RIGHT READY TO BRAG. I WAS ALSO VERY (MAKE THAT ANOTHER VERY) IMPRESSED BY HOW NOT ONLY INFORMED THE CREW WAS, BUT HOW PROUD THEY WERE OF THEIR COMPANY....THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN NEARLY OFTEN ENOUGH. OKAY, ONE MORE THING I WAS IMPRESSED BY, WAS HOW VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE THE SUPERVISOR WAS.
