They are the only ones we priced so I don't know how to grade their price. Apparently they said the color of the grass that we had ordered did not come in, but we never ordered a color. We did not go with the light or the dark. I remember we went with the one that was less expensive; the one my daughter had bought.

I was very impressed from the moment I first spoke to Scott in the showroom. He took the time to explain all my options and pricing for each. By the time I got home, I had a quote in my inbox and he followed up with a phone call the next day. Installation was scheduled right away and the installer did a great job. He was very thorough and efficient and even cleaned up a mess I had left in the yard. Scott also followed up a few days after installation to ensure I was happy with my experience. I would absolutely use the Beaverton SynLawn team again and recommend their work.

The installers were on time and completed the job as promised. They cleaned the entire area after the job. The dogs love the feel of the new surface. They don't track dirt back into the house as they did with the natural lawn (mud). The price was equivalent to having the space done over with pavers, and I am glad we discovered this option.

DAVID IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE REALLY CARES AND WANTS YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR SELECTION. MANY SAMPLES TO CHOOSE FROM. HE SUBCONTRACTED THE LABOR AND THE CREW WAS GREAT. KIDS LOVE MY GRASS! NO BUGS, DRIES QUICKLY - I LOVE THE CARE FREE BENEFIT!
