I found Ray to be professional and amiable at the same time. Ray and his associate, Jose, arrived and quickly began to tackle the gutters. Once completed Ray began on the outside windows while Jose began working the inside windows. The windows, tracks, and ledges were properly cleaned. Before leaving Ray did a quick "look see" at a small section of the gutters to make sure they were thoroughly cleaned out. He found there was debris left in the gutter and removed it. I would hire SunRay again.

When I was getting estimates for the job, Ray took the time to come over that day and walk through the entire shop with me, asking questions and taking notes. He was very easy to work with.
The day of the service, Ray and his assistant, Jose, were both friendly, cordial, polite and expeditious. They even carefully revmoved our big, heavy neon sign and cleaned that window, plus took time to clean the neon sign, too! We couldn't be happier with the results and plan to make this a regular maintenance item with SunRay from now on.

Was able to contact Ray on a Saturday & he came over that same day to give me an estimate. I had a real time crunch and they had a busy schedule but he managed to fit me in that next day, a Sunday! He and his two man crew were very professional and
respectful of my home. They removed and separately cleaned all the screens. They worked steadily and quietly and my windows are now sparkling! My HIGHEST recommendation!

Ray and his co-worker did the best job that has ever been done in my nearly 20 year old house. I have had my windows done professionaly 4 times before and was NEVER happy with the results to the extent that I have never before had anyone back a second time. Ray and his helper were efficient, professional (with all the right equipment) and very quiet, unobtrusive and problem free while they were working in and around my home. My very shy dog didn't even have a problem with them being in her house! Another point I was impressed with Ray about, was that the couple of times we talked getting the appointment set up, he always answered his phone, no answerng machine or service. He was punctual and got the job done in an efficient manner. I highly recommend his services!!!

The windows have never been so clean! Ray and his team did a very thorough job, and took great care - using drop cloths under their feet inside, and putting back every item they needed to move to fully reach the windows. The team was also very nice - our pre-schooler followed them around, talking up a storm, and all three made his day by chatting with him.
Do call to schedule an appointment - I sent a request through Angie's List originally, and didn't hear back. Not sure if this is a technical glitch, or not - but Ray picked up the phone and scheduled us immediately when I called.

Ray and his crew did the most amazing job on our windows! Wow! They were LONG overdue for a cleaning, and Ray cleaned our antique depression glass windows, as well as our newer skylights to perfection! He also cleaned our screens and windowsills. Ray gave us a timely, affordable bid, and the work was performed as scheduled. Ray and his crew were very tidy and polite! Thank you, Sunray! We will ALWAYS be using your services, going forward!

Fabulous!!! Ray is meticulous and his work is the best I've seen! My windows have never looked so good! He owns his own company, so has a great deal of pride in his work. He was here for 5 hours, on his own, and had another job to do after mine. Yet he smiled the whole time! One of the friendliest service providers I've met! Ray is awesome! Will definitely use him again!

Ray worked efficiently and unobtrusively, leaving sparkly clean results. As an older woman, I am cautious about who I allow into my house for service projects. I felt comfortable with polite, modest Ray almost from the moment I met him. The co-worker Ray hired to assist him was equally likeable. I would recommend "SunRay" without reservation.

The company would have gotten outstanding in all accounts except he never made sure I received the emails that he sent to the wrong address revaluing the cost of the job we had spoken about. He also never responded to the emails I sent to both places of contact on his website so I anxiously called his cell voice mail to make sure the job was still going on as discussed a few weeks before outside of my home. He did finally respond to that voice mail but I had to come up with an extra 50 dollars on the day of the job because the emails he sent to the wrong address never made it to me so I never new about the new cost. Personally I think since he admitted he did not check to make sure emails were received he should have not asked for the extra 50 dollars I did not know about. Other than that, the day went fine, he is a hugh dog lover which made it easier for me knowing that. The quality of the work was worth the price just needs an office manager.

Ray bid the job, clearly explaining his method of using clean double filtered water to flush and scrub the outside of the windows and sills leaving them sparkling clean. A method used commonly in Europe but with which I was not familiar. Our many many small window panes were done by hand on the inside, and the screens taken outside and washed leaving no mess anywhere. Ray has two others working with him, both personable, careful and hard workers. When finished, Kurt, a college buddy from Omaha, talked recipes with us!.

They were extremely professional and friendly. they answered all questions and were on time and came back when they said they would. I would highly recomment them. My windows have never been so clean. He uses purified water so it leaves the windows spotless. Ray takes great pride in his work and it shows. Most companies do not spend adequate time cleaning the window tracks and this is important. Ray cleans these tracks and screens until they are spotless. Also what I liked is that Ray, the owner, and his partner are the only people you deal with, unlike larger companies where the owner bids on the job and then you never see him again. On top of everything else, Ray and his partner are genuinely nice guys. I will never use any other window cleaning company again. Sunray is at the top of my go-to list!

Ray was very prompt in returning our call for an estimate, and his pricing was the lowest of the three bids. We had an event planned about 10 days out and Ray was able to meet our deadline. He arrived right on time with a crew of three. One started inside and the other two started outside. They worked all day and the windows looked fantastic. They were very professional and careful. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Ray has washed the windows of my home/s for many years. I usually have him come twice a year but sometimes we get rained out, and it's not always possible to reschedule. In those cases once a year has been acceptable. He is punctual and extremely reliable (it's the weather in Portland at springtime that isn't). His price is fair, and I trust him so much I have left him alone in my house to work while I run errands or pick up my kids from school.
When we moved to a larger house, but one with fewer window panes, Ray lowered the price. He is a great guy with a great work ethic and I have been very happy with his work over the years.

Ray arrived at the appointed time and gave me and estimate. I have an old house with lots of panes, and I was satisfied with the estimate. Twice we had to rearrange the appointed window washing date due to foul weather, but Ray called the day before each time to discuss the forecast and rearrange the appointment. He arrived punctually and introduced himself and his co-worker. They were both very polite and efficient. They completed the job in a timely manner, left everything as they found it, and my windows are sparkling clean.
