I mostly talked to Karen. She was very knowledgeable about the process and gave me lots of information. The bid was prompt, but it took a while to get the job started. Once they got started they did a thorough job prepping and painting. Steve did the work himself. When the bill arrived there was an error, but it was quickly resolved with a call to Karen.

It was okay. Not great. The garage looks nice now, but I had to spend a day running back and forth to the paint store to match the paint to our home before they began painting. I expected this to be included, but was told it wasn't when they showed up to prep the garage. They took off in the middle of the painting to go fishing, and I had to wait a few days for them to return. This held up some work by other contractors. When I called them to come back to paint spots they had missed, they got the spots but didn't fix and paint a dent on the front, metal door which was part of the agreement. It's not a big enough issue for me to pursue, but I'm not pleased.

"WHEN WE WERE CONTRACTED TO PAINT THE GARAGE, WE WERE TOLD THE OWNER HAD SOME LEFTOVER PAINT FROM THE HOUSE SO WE COULD HAVE IT COLOR MATCHED. HE COULDN'T FIND IT SO, TO HELP SPEED THINGS UP, HE SAID HE WOULD GO TO THE PAINT STORE AND TRY TO MATCH THE COLOR HIMSELF. HE ALSO ASKED US TO WAIT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROJECT AS HE HAD EXCAVATORS LEVELING GROUND AND WANTED TO WAIT TO FINISH PAINTING SO THEY DIDN'T GET THE GARAGE DIRTY AFTER IT WAS PAINTED. SO, WE WENT FISHING WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR THE EXCAVATOR TO CALL US AND LET US KNOW WHEN THEY WERE DONE. SIMPLY A MISUNDERSTANDING. THE DOOR WAS REPAIRED, TWICE, TO THE BEST IT COULD BE WITHOUT REPLACING THE DOOR."
