THE SWITCH ON MY WASHER LID WAS BROKEN AND THROUGH THE QUESTIONS HE ASKED OVER THE PHONE, HE REALIZED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WAS SURE TO BRING THE RIGHT PART SO HE DID NOT HAVE TO COME BACK FOR A SECOND TRIP. WHILE HE WAS HERE, HE NOTICED THE DRYER VENT TUBE WAS SMASHED AGAINST THE WALL AND MOVED THE DRYER OUT. HE ALSO WENT OUTSIDE TO CHECK TO SEE IF THE DRYER VENT NEEDED CLEANING, WHICH IT DID. HE DID NOT HAVE HIS SHOP VAC WITH HIM AND SAID HE WOULD NEED TO COME BACK. HE ALSO SAID THAT SINCE THE VENT RUNS THROUGH THE CRAWL SPACE HE SAID HE IS NOT SURE IF IT IS JUST CLOGGED OR IF IT IS BROKEN. HE SAID HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GO UNDER THERE TO CHECK IT IF THAT IS THE CASE. HE HAS NOT BEEN BACK BECAUSE HE SAYS HE HAS EMERGENCY CALLS (FOR REFRIGERATION) WHICH HE WOULD HAVE TO GET TO BEFORE HE DOES A MINOR VENT JOB. HE IS THE BEST APPLIANCE REPAIR MAN THAT I'VE HAD DO WORK FOR ME (AS FAR AS APPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE), IT'S JUST HARD TO GET HIM TO GET BACK HERE BECAUSE OF HIS EMERGENCY WORK.

THEY WERE REALLY GREAT. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY CAME 2 DAYS LATER.

THEY GAVE GOOD SERVICE, BUT HE DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT PART FOR OUR WASHING MACHINE SO HE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FIX IT, WHICH WAS NOT A BIG DEAL. AND AS FOR THE OVEN, REPLACING THE ELEMENT DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM, SO WE ENDED UP GETTING A DIFFERENT STOVE, DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE STOVE WASN'T ALL THAT NEW.
Description of Work: REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT IN OUR OVEN. REPLACED A BELT IN OUR WASHING MACHINE.
