Staff is very helpful, Tech support is only available 9-5 weekdays,so when you have issues after hours you need to wait until they are available. We have a lot of issues with service interuptions, at least twice a month, and sometimes 2-3 times per day. we lose connection for as much as 2-3 hours at a time ( usually only a few minutes). reliability needs work. speeds are fine, and consistant at 6mb when working. We use VOIP phone service, so when internet is down we have no phone service. They need to figure out why the connection keeps dropping and then they would have a great product.

I have had service with both Comcast and QWest. I can't believe people put up with the poor customer service, the waits for tech support (with someone in another country)... I had to find an alternative. Stephouse's services are SOLID and I am happy there is a good alternative to the big guys like Qwest and Comcast. Since I have been with Stephouse I don't need to restart my modem anymore. My service just never goes out. It really is that RELIABLE! Don't be fooled by Comcast, QWest, and Verizon's claims to be faster and cheaper - the line I have is always blazing fast and the pricing comes out to be the same after taxes and hidden fees (or promotional prices that go up after three months). Go get Stephouse, you won't regret it!
