Stellar Cleaning Service

I hired this company to do a one time deep cleaning. No Deep Cleaning was done whatsoever. The oven and microwave were not touched, under the beds were not touched, window seals and base boards were not touched. I also paid extra per window to have the interior windows cleaned. None of the windows were cleaned. I sent multiple photos showing this to the company. Upon requesting a partial refund for the house cleaning and a full refund for the window cleaning, they told me their cleaner was â too tiredâ and thatâ s why things didnâ t get done. They offered a 20% discount but no refund for the windows not being done. After refusing that they have told me I need to send a picture of every single window that was not cleaned. I have already sent pictures of a couple of the windows. I will send in the rest of the pictures once Iâ m off work. I have asked to speak directly to the manager and the customer service employee refused. So instead she says she will get back to me after she asks her manager. we have had to have 3-4 phone calls now, all while Iâ m at work, and we arenâ t done yet. I would stay away from this company. Iâ m sure we just got a bad cleaner but them refusing to give a refund for work they didnâ t do is not okay.

Angel arrived on time and was very professional. As he was setting up his equipment, I was pleasantly surprised to hear Angel was able to clean the outside of my house gutters. This was a welcomed option because theyâ ve been neglected since house construction â ¦. 20+ yrs ago. Angel, using special equipment, washed my windowsâ exterior leaving them absolutely clean and streak free. Altogether, my house has received a much needed face-lift. I shouldâ ve called Stellar Cleaning Services years ago. The cost was very reasonable and Iâ ll call Angel when Iâ m in need of his services again.
