It's worked out well

They showed me my choices in vacuums and I found a great one for about $450 but didn't have the funds today but I will be going back to get it soon. I thought their service was great.

It turns out I wasn't too crazy about it. I them called up and talked to the manager, Travis. He was so great. He said to bring it back and they'd fix me up. I was just so impressed with him because he was so nice and helpful. They replaced the vacuum for me. They're even going to fix a little glitch with the new vacuum for free.

They were pretty good. They are reliable and they are pretty much the best company in town for vacuum services. I would rate them highly.

We had an "accident" in the house and our cheap steam cleaner broke. Went and bought a steam cleaner in about 15 minutes. Sales guy was great. It does the job perfectly.

I had an eight-year-old vacuum that wasn't working. The power rug-cleaning attachment needed a new belt, which wasn't a big deal. But the handle had been slipping off the wand while in use, which was a major annoyance. Because of the way the release mechanism was designed, the service representative, Mike, was not confident it could be fixed. He demonstrated what he was talking about clearly. I decided to buy a new vacuum. Mike was very knowledgeable and never pressured me to buy something for a higher price. In fact, it was the opposite. He patiently demonstrated the operation and features of several vacuums and answered all my questions. I really appreciated that he never talked down to me and I felt I was fully in control of the transaction. Mike also waited on me when I returned the upright. If you can believe it, it had too much suction, causing my area rugs to adhere to the brush. Being a low-end model, the upright did not have a way to adjust suction. I decided to exchange it for a canister model because I have always preferred them and I only have area rugs. Stark's had a lot to choose from and their stock is high quality. I'm glad I did not go to a general merchandiser and get something cheaper because this vacuum is so easy to use and so lightweight, even though it was one of the cheaper models in the store. I also received immediate attention both times I went to the store and Mike carried the vacuums from/to my car.

My wife talked me into getting the highly rated Eureka because it was so much cheaper, and I resented not getting the Synergy. The Eureka was heavy and I found that I needed to go over areas on our carpeting several times to get our Golden Retrievers hair swept up. Even though we only had the Eureka for a couple months I decided that I would go ahead and buy the Synergy and compare them side by side. With the Synergy, it not only picked up the hair on the first pass, but it was also considerably easier to push and it was better balanced so that it made it easier to carry upstairs when needed. Yes the Synergy was much more expensive, but it was well worth the price, it will probably be my last vacuum cleaner.

Salesperson was very professional and friendly. I didn't feel any pressure from him. The salesperson also carried the vacuum to my car for me!

THE PEOPLE WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT. WE TOOK IT TO THEM, AND THEY REPAIRED IT THAT DAY. THEY REPLACED AN ELECTRICAL MOTOR. IT WAS A FAIR PRICE FOR WHAT WAS DONE. THEY DID IT WHILE WE WAITED.
