Property Management
Our experience with them has not been great. I dislike that the property manager is rude, combative, and kind of trouble starter with neighbors. The company does not let it self to be lenient in their actions. They mandated that rent can only be paid with one check, whereas, we used to be able to write two separate checks for rent. Now, we have to deposit everything into a single account to get a check to them because they are not accepting multiple checks for some reason which is a major inconvenience for us. We would consider going back there if there is a different property manger, but not for the same property manager.
