We received a cold call from Adam of Spring Cutsforth Realty Group in October 2012 asking us if we were still interested in selling our house. (We'd had the house one the market in the Summer of 2011 with another realtor who did little.) Spring came out to view the house and told us what comparables were in the neighborhood. We didn't have to sell and we were not going to lower our asking price as we thought it was fair given the neighborhood and amenities of the house. Spring said we had a window of opportunity to sell the house in the November/December period because many houses were off the market until next Spring (of 2013). The sign was installed in the yard on November 1; our house was listed in the RMLS on November 2, and on November 3 we had a full price offer. Spring new our parameters and did the negotiations. The sale closed within three weeks. We were pleased with the service we received from Spring, Mandy and others in Spring's office. She said she could sell it and she did; furthermore, she sold it according to our requirements.
