Pest Control
I had an account with them for 6 years and they did a good job. Then I got a letter saying instead of quarterly service they were happy to announce I'd be going to bi-monthly service for the same price per service. So is quarterly all of a sudden not good enough anymore? I pay one and a half times as much for the same guarantee? To make a long story short, I called to discuss this with the guy that signed the letter (Lance Gray) and they said someone would call me back. Two weeks later no call. So I called and asked to speak with Lance Gray since he was man enough to write me about my rates going up I figured he'd be man enough to explain. Not so. He wouldn't talk to me and never called back.
In my experience the technicians and dispatch are good at what they do but administration has become greedy. I found a local company to try. I recommend you do the same. All the smaller companies advise quarterly service and guarantee you to be rid of pests until their next call.
