Excellent service and advice.

Technician arrived promptly and made quick work repairing the dryer, and came prepared with the replacement part. He also cleaned the dryer ducts to improve performance. The technician declined to work on the oven because it was a "commericial style" range beyond the scope of their business, with difficult to identify parts. Spencer recommended using Appliance Repair Hospital to repair the range.

Very well. The repairman arrived promptly, got it so the washer will last me a little longer, and then gave me some advice about purchasing a new one. Great experience, and he was very helpful and understanding about budgets.

They were promptly on time for the first visit. Their rep came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He told me he would have to come back the next day since he would have to order the part. He rearranged his lunch schedule to accommodate the time I needed to meet with him, and came promptly the next day to install the part. The repairman was honest and straightforward and not looking to charge me for unnecessary work. I am very impressed with Spencer's and would use them again!

Great experience. Spencer's gave me detailed information on my purchase from the very beginning. Straight shooters, no sales spiel. They even somewhat steered me toward the other company; although, in hindsight, because Spencer's has provided such superior customer service, I would purchase appliances directly from them in the future.

I was amazed, astonished, and delighted to meet someone who obviously loves what he does and is willing to share with others what he's learned. This was a brief encounter in an otherwise stressful day (who wants to face a long weekend of washing dishes by hand?!) MADE MY DAY! He lightened my burden and gave me confidence to see my search through to a good conclusion.

Will buy next appliance from them. In the shop, everyone was helpful and one of the repair guys was around to help me pick the best on the floor (all are similarly priced). Delivery (perfectly on time) was great too especially considering we have a horrid set of steps to down to our basement. We have two sets of handrails (screws were stripped so I couldn't remove), steep stairs, AND a support post at the bottom. The two guys navigated all of this very kindly. They even re-installed a baby gate piece for me even though I insisted I had planned on doing that myself. If your budget doesn't accommodate that new front loader we all dream about, just go straight to this place and pick up a used washer to tide you over several more years.

Very pleased. John was exceptionally helpful in finding what I needed at the price I could afford. The delivery men were very efficient. They had trouble fitting the refrigerator through the door, but they were eventually successful.

Mr. Spencer was friendly, professional, on time, and followed through on what he said he would do. He called about 15 minutes before he was due at our home so I could race home from work to meet him. I referred the company to another member of the family with a broken dishwasher and his experience was the same: professional, knowledgeable, and the repair was made quickly and affordable.

Good price, attractive w/d. Delivery prompt and dealt with minor hook-up issues. Washer had a pump issue on testing and installer scheduled repair for next day. Repaired, no issues. This tiny little ''mom and pop'' type business has good deals and you're supporting nice local folks!

Having two appliances fixed with parts and labor for less than $200 - great!! John was on time, extremely friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend them.

They gave me a one hour time window to show up and they were very prompt and courteous. They were extremely easy to deal with and I would definitely call them again for any future repairs.

EVERY TIME YOU GO IN THERE, THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT AND THEY DON'T PRESSURE YOU. THEY EVEN DELIVERED THE NEW FRIDGE AND PICKED UP THE OLD FOR FREE. I'VE DEALT WITH THEM FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS AND I CAN COUNT ON THEM. THEIR SERVICE CHARGES ARE ABOUT HALF OF WHAT OTHER PEOPLE CHARGE YOU.

IT WAS GREAT. THEY TOOK A FEW DAYS TO GET OUT HERE WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE FRIDGE, BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT THE ICE MAKER THEY WERE RIGHT OUT AND PROMPT.

THEY GOT IN DID THE JOB AND GOT OUT. I THOUGHT THEY WERE PRETTY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID THERE JOB, AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN OTHERS. THEY HAD THE BETTER DEAL.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED FROM SPENCER'S APPLIANCE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. IT WAS VERY REFRESHING.

THEY ARRIVED AS ARRANGED AND DID A GREAT JOB OF GETTING THE OLD ONE OUT AND THE 'NEW' USED REFRIGERATOR IN. THEY ALSO OFFERED TO PUT A NEW CUSHION AROUND THE DOOR OF OUR OLD FRIDGE AND FIX IT UP FOR OUR RENTAL PROPERTY, WHICH THEY ALSO DID A NICE JOB OF DELIVERING TO.
