Everything went very well.

Arrived on time but took a little longer than anticipated.

Fine.  Took the car in, and it was fixed in less than 30 minutes.

It was great --- mostly.  Frank came out to my house punctually, even a few minutes early.  He was very friendly and professional, getting right to work.  I had a large crack in the front windshield, caused by a rock thrown up on the highway.  He took off the windshield and went to work to clean out the molding around it.  Then came the mostly part.  He found that the area with the seal was quite rusted, and he then told me up front he could not warranty the work.  He politely showed me where the rust was and patiently explained why that will be a problem some day.  The car is a 1991, has over 300,000 miles on it, and Frank pointed out what would need to be done to replace the metal that is rusting and that it would cost more to fix than the car is worth.  It wasn't good news, but it was presented professionally and in an informative way.  I appreciate that.
Frank used a wire brush to get rid of as much rust as he could and he put a special sealant down that will help protect against leaks, as least for the foreseeable future.  He then put in the new windshield, put on the molding, and the window truly looks perfect.  One could never know that there is a lurking rust problem.
The cost of the job, $100, represented my deductible.  The total cost was $267.41.
All in all, this was about as good a job as one could possibly expect.  Frank was very personable and seemed to do his work with a high level of professionalism.  I can't speak for the rest of the company, but if you want great service and you're going to use Speedy Glass, ask for Frank.

First of all, the phone experience with the Tigard office was excellent.  Very helpful, even put the insurance company on the line and helped me with all the questions and claim information.  The technician, Frank, arrived on time and had a great attitude!  He worked fast and efficiently, obviously VERY experienced and professional. Frank took steps to make the job as safe as possible, placing padding in the right areas and always checking his work. This was a heated windshield, so it had extra wiring harnesses that he had to attach as well.
The new glass looks great, no clarity or deformity issues, and Frank cleaned everything up, washed the window, and gave us instructions on how to be careful with the new glass for the first few days (no car washes, etc).  We were very pleased with the quality of the work, the speed and efficiency of their claims process, and with the great attitude (and skill) of their technician, Frank.

Wonderful folks. Our auto repair place, Kervorks, recommended Speedy Glass. Called and set up an appointment and brought the car out. They were fast, friendly and the price seems just fine. They got me in on short notice, too. The crack in the windshield appeared almost overnight and water was leaking inside even. Top marks to Speedy.

Service was prompt, the man who did the work was very nice and so far the windshield looks great and works well. I was given a lifetime warranty for rock chip repair (not windshield replacement) , assuming they will honor this if necessary. Their price was significantly lower than another company I looked at for the service.

from the moment I called my insurance to having a new windshield, only 5 hours passed, the front desk person Angela was extremely friendly, I got an appointment the very same day, the work was done in 1 hour! What is there to complain. They even cut down my deductible by 25 $, just because I came in.

The service was sold with one free reapplication. They refused to honor the reapplication.

horrible. work was done on my property. they came out. i paid the man by check. 1 month later, i called regarding my check not being cleared. after several attempts to get information, a regional manager called me back and informed me my check, along with 10 others, were stolen by a manager at another location and that i needed to repay. I had to pay to put a stop payment on this check. I then sent a money order to the regional manager. 3 weeks later, he called to inform me he hadnt recieved THAT payment. I was not very happy with their lack of professionalism, and lack of care with my payments. I couldnt believe they lost another payment. He asked me to resend another check. i said no way. i had to pay again 30.00 for another stop payment. This time, i let them know i would not resend anything, and they needed to come and get it. then, lo and behold, they called me a bit later and said it was misplaced and they found it. I guess they dont care what they do with their customers money. They didnt event offer me any discount. They let me deduct the amount of fees for the stop payment.... thanks...but no mention of any discount for MY trouble and TIME i put into having to go to the bank and the worry about identity theft. I should not have had to call and have them look for my check, they should know if they have criminals working for them. I think they should have gotten the payment for the thief who stole my money. I will never use this company again, and have told as many people as i can to not use them. very irrisponsible, not trustworthy. liars.

Both times, the work has been done professionally, there was no mess, and there are no leaks. They are very nice to deal with, punctual, and pleasant. Their waiting room is boring, but they were done early, so that made up for it.

He was very nice and he did it right away. I drove to his shop because it cost less. I used a state farm discount.

The replacement took approximately 90 minutes, just as they estimated. I waited while the work was done. The service desk worker and the installation technician were competent and courteous. However, I had to remove a small amount of installation dust and debris from the dash and seats.

I called their number to find they had closed the Canyon Road location a year ago so made the appointment at their Tigard location. They were ready when I arrived and got right to work. I added new windshield wipers to be installed also. While waiting, I noticed AAA members get a discount. The work was completed in the quoted time and the work was perfect. You could not tell the window had been replaced. The seal was as before and the car was clean both inside and outside. They also replace any type of glass such as shelving, table glass, decorative, reinforced glass and I'm sure there are others.

They did an excellent job. They came out on time and did excellent work. Explained what needed to be done.

They did a great job and came to where I was. I didn't have to lose any time and they covered my deducible so it was free for me. They did a great job and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It was well done. I called around them when I got a price from them they said they would like a chance to match any price. I did end up getting a lower price from another company, but because Speedy Glass was close to my house and the sales woman so friendly I called them. They did match the price and we set up an appointment. They took one and half hours just like they said. Overall very friendly, prompt and professional.

Personnel and service were excellent. There was one minor setback: The person who originally took my order neglected to order the required molding trim, which necessitated scheduling a return visit. When I returned for the actual service, it was completed even faster than the two hour estimate, and was perfect quality. Everyone in the shop was very professional, helpful and friendly. While waiting for my car, I witnessed the staff dealing with several "challenging" customers; at all times the staff was courteous, patient and professional. I highly recommend Speedy Glass.

They were able to get me in quickly. I was happy with the service. It only took about 1/2 hour and they did exactly what they said they would. They have only a small waiting area which is fine. I found it ironic that in the waiting area there was a no smoking sign but the smell of smoke was overwhelming. It seems the workers must have an area to smoke very close by.

I had my insurance agent set up an appointment early on a Saturday, a little over a week in advance. I showed up on time, and was told that they had received my windshield from the distributor shortly after my appointment was made, but had inadvertently sent it back, citing something about a flaw in their record-keeping system. They apologized, and immediately got on the phone to the distributor. A new windshield was delivered that same morning about 90 minutes later. Luckily I live close by, so this little hiccup was not too much of an inconvenience. The rest of the installation went well. The job was done professionally and the crew explained in detail that I could help prevent leaks by not slamming the doors for a day or so until the adhesive had a chance to fully cure (I've never been told that before, but it makes sense). The shop was neat, the staff was friendly, and they apologized again on my way out.
