Excellent service from the responding driver who took great care loading and securing my motorcycle.

I met the tow truck at the parking lot by World Market in Gresham to give him the keys.  He had to push my car into position to hook it up to the truck.  Then he towed it to the car repair shop.  I would recommend this company to anyone who has need of it.  The driver was very good.

Driver showed up right on time. Acted in a professional manner. Took his time to properly attach the vehicle to the tow truck with multiple safety systems. I felt confident and secure that the vehicle would arrive safe and sound at the car repair shop.

I had to wait a while because they were busy but that did not in any way cause a problem for me. When the driver arrived he promptly and carefully picked up my truck and allowed me to ride with him to the repair shop. The price was calculated on their set rates for  towing. They do not go on a per mile basis. The price turned out to be very competitive for this service. I would use them again

They did a great job.  I thought that it was expensive.  They were pretty local.  They had good customer service in terms of interacting with me.  They were here in my place in two hours and it was delivered to the mechanic’s place in 10 minutes.  It worked out really well.

the clutch went bad on my car. I scheduled an appointment with my garage and called speeds to pick up and deliver my car to them.
it took him just 20 minutes to arrive.
He cleverly used the slope of the road to roll my car on to the towing arm.
He told me I should be able to get reimbreimbursed from my insurance, and told me what to submit.
And most awesomely, He held an umbrella while I filled out the paperwork. (I am a guy)

The driver (Brandy? Brian Lee? not sure of his name) made it to my location in less than half an hour. I guess that's why it's called Speed's! He had my car hooked up in about 30 seconds or less, knew right where I wanted to go (Landmark Ford), and zipped my car over there. He also came in the dealership with me and gave the check-in desk all my pertinents (VIN, mileage, etc) that he had already copied down for his receipt. It made things quick and easy! It was great! I haven't had a tow in a long time, so to me it seemed a bit spendy. But that could be the going rate. Anyway, I would use them again, they were fast, friendly, and professional.

Speed's showed up sooner than expected, had our car hooked up in no time, and had it at our service shop almost before we got there. Polite, professional, punctual. Will definitely use them again

I had some questions about some charges and he explained them well. I would use them again in the future.

After a short trip to the ATM about 7PM, my car wouldn't start again. I called Speed Towing based their Angies List rating (though there wasn't much in the way of recent reviews). They told me it would be 60-70 minutes to get to me, but it was more like 45. I got a call from the office a few minutes earlier to tell me the driver was five minutes away, which is great.
The driver jump-started the car without difficulty.
The real value, however, was how they answered my questions about what to do next.

• - If I drove it home, would I be able to start it in the morning? (Can't tell.)

1. - Where can I get a battery this time of night? (They provided three separate sources of the top of their head.)
2. - What if the car won't start after I buy the battery? (One of the sources will lend tools, and may even help install the new battery in the parking lot.)

I could have bummed a jump off of anybody. It was really the information I needed, and they came through on both. I also thought the cost was pretty reasonable.

It went well; no problems, and it arrived in on time.

Woke up in the morning and my Prius car didn't start. Thought it might be a battery so I did try to jump my car with the help of a neighbor but was unsuccessful after trying for 30 minutes. So thought I needed to tow the car to the dealer and found Speed's on Angie's List. Was quoted a $85 service charge (to come to the car) and about $5 a mile. So reluctantly I accepted and was told a tow truck is in the area and would visit soon. I waited less than 15 minutes and Jesse pulled up in his tow truck. He was cordial and offered to jump my car first. I mentioned I tried unsuccessful but thought maybe his car or cables are better. He hooked up his cables to my car and asked me to try and start the car.....it worked!! Just like that the car started! What a relief that I didn't have to face an expensive ordeal at the dealership. Jesse was thoughtful and the service was prompt. A bit on the high cost side, but I don't know the and quot;going rateand quot; of other tow truck companies.
HINT: If you do need a tow, Jesse mentioned he would have to charge extra if the tow truck cannot get to the front wheels. I parked with front wheels inside the garage (rear wheels facing out). If I needed the tow, and rolled my car out of the garage I would save about $15..

They make sure everything is running okay, and they do that at no charge. I am in their database, and it is a courtesy if you have a Toyota. The last time I was in for the mileage checkup, they have information about recalls. They discovered a problem with a part in the cooling system that was under warranty. There was also another recall on another part in the cooling system. They have all of that information. I do not have to worry about it.

I awoke to discover I had left my car lights on all night and the battery was dead. Since I have that coverage on my auto insurance policy, I called the agent. They have a direct bill arrangement with 2 local companies, one of which was Speed's. When I called, the dispatcher was very pleasant. I told her that the car was parked in a difficult spot, about 20 feet from the street, uphill on a narrow driveway, facing away from the curb. I was told they would send their "small" truck and that the jumper cables would be long enough to reach. I was told to expect the truck in about 30 minutes and it showed up in 20. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. The "small" truck was still too large to fit in the driveway without going a few inches onto my lawn, and the driver asked my permission to do this. I really appreciated that! The Prius has an unusual setup for its 12-volt battery, but the technician knew just what to do. He was happy to show me for my future reference. He also instructed me that my type of car needs to be driven for about 30 minutes to fully charge the battery after the jump start. Once the job was done, I signed a receipt for the insurance company, and he left without my needing to pay anything out of pocket. He said that the bill would be $32, which seems very reasonable to me.
