Spa la la

The receptionist knew my name when I arrived and Hue was waiting for me. I was seated, asked if I wanted a refreshment, and began my soak. I had brought my own tools and Hue was familiar with them, already, and leery of their sharpness. Because the tools weren't her own, and she was aware of their reputation, she was diligent to be careful with them. She was very concerned about my previous bad experience and was able to educate me on the culture of different kinds of spas. Hue was very conscientious and did an excellent job of polishing my nails. I was made to feel welcome, from start to finish, and encouraged to return. An excellent experience. One recommendation that I would make, and after receiving a fungus from a previous establishment I am hyper-aware, is to be sure that nothing that is used on multiple customers ever touch them. The tip of one of the oils or lotions was touched to my cuticles. Aside from that I didn't have any concerns with the establishment.
