Carpet Installation
Yes, I recommend this pro
$1,200
We bought some carpet from the Home Depot, and they contracted with SP Carpet Pro's to install it. Two installers showed up to install the carpeting that we were having installed in our family room. One installer appeared very knowledgable and able. The other appeared to be a rookie. The installation was done very well, except for two edges that the rookie had done. On one of the edges he had done, he installed the tack strip too far away for the door and there was a noticable wear pattern after about a month. The other corner was suppose to be a half circle on the entrace to the kitchen. He had not put the tack strips next to each other and the carpet starting pulling out after just a couple of days. Each time we called the company they were very responsive and sent out a guy named George, who did and excellent job of fixing both the edges.
