The service went well. It was a very cold day and she did a great job.

I hired Siding Solutions because I was not quite sure what needed to be done to fix my siding damage, and I wanted to learn more before I started getting bids from contractors. I'm glad that Tasi's "second pair of eyes" identified some additional damage that I needed to get fixed. Later, after talking to a contractor on their referral list, I had some follow-up questions about how the repair should be done (e.g. tear off/replace plywood panels, versus putting new siding on top of the old siding). Tasi gave me some additional information over the phone; however, in some moments of that conversation, I kind of had the feeling I was pushing the limits of her knowledge. But, on the other hand, she didn't try to "*explicit* me" by pretending to know more than she did.

This service was valuable, as it helped me decide whether to repair the existing siding or replace it. The cost difference was over $10,000. The professionalism of this report gave me confidence in its conclusion to simply perform the listed minor repairs and institute a defined maintenance program going forward. This report also specified precisely the repairs needed and materials and methods to be used. I was able to use it to solicit competitive bids for the repair work. Had this inspection shown more damage than had the previous inspection performed by Weyerhaeuser inspectors, I could have used this independent report to challenge Weyerhaeuser in court. I would recommend this service to anyone facing the same decisions and this company in particular.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. WE WERE IN THE DARK AS TO WHAT TO DO. GETTING THIS INSPECTION FURTHERED OUR INFORMATION REGARDING L-P SIDING. WE WERE THEN ABLE TO SPEAK INTELLIGENTLY ABOUT IT TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS AND THEIR AGENTS. ARMED WITH THIS NEW KNOWLEDGE AND REPORT PUT US IN A MUCH BETTER POSITION. WE WERE ABLE TO SHOW THAT OUR SIDING WAS DOING OK BECAUSE WE HAD KEPT IT PAINTED AND WELL MAINTAINED. WHEN WE WERE ASKED TO DISCLOSE INFORMATION CONCERNING OUR SIDING WE WERE ABLE TO SHOW THE REPORT.
