David, Justin and their whole crew were easy to work with and had some very creative ideas that really led to the transformation of the space, including using reclaimed fir trim, taking out the chimney and moving all of the utilities (furnace, water heater, etc.) to a corner of the basement. I am now renting it out on Airbnb-- my guests love the space! There were a few issues along the way as there always are, and David was able to work with me to resolve them. As a matter of fact, recently, a year and a half after the construction was completed, I contacted David about a leak I found in the water heater plumbing, and within a day his plumber came to fix it without charge. What's more, he did it without waking the sleeping toddler of my Airbnb guests!

Shelbyville remodeled my basement and they did a fantastic job. They are very responsive and great collaborators. I had a great experience with them.

It was outstanding. I specifically liked the craftsmanship of the woodwork. They were very concerned with making sure we were satisfied with the work. They also added very interesting details while working within our budget.
