Sharps is both a preferred State Farm repair shop and highly rated by Angies List. I dropped my vehicle off, picked up a rental car at their shop, and was on my way. Repairs were done quickly, my car was cleaned and detailed, and I had $0 out of pocket cost

Perfect. Quick appointment, speedy service, and the price was 1/2 what I expected.

They sound awesome, but when I called they were booked 6 weeks out. Not really workable.

Our car rolled backwards into our garage door, pushing in the garage door panels. The paint from the garage door transferred in scrape marks all across the back of the edge of the trunk lid. Some also transferred to the plastic bumper. We stopped by Sharp Auto Body to get an estimate to repair the damage, but J.P. told us to wait a minute, ran inside the shop and came back with a rag and wiped all the transferred paint away. It was like magic! He said it was a special solution they use. He then brought out a liquid polish and polished the areas he had used the remover on. It looked great! There is no evidence of the transferred paint and the trunk and bumper are shiny and look good again. We were so surprised and grateful, but when we asked what the charge would be, he said "no charge". Wow! Thank you, J.P. and Sharp Auto Body. You are terrific!

After our car was hit in a snowstorm, Sharp Auto Body did all of our repair work. They were amazingly professional - when we got there to drop off the car, the rental car company had forgotten to bring our rental car to the shop. The owner of the shop spent fifteen minutes on the phone with the car rental agency and within half an hour we had our rental car. Our car repair took a week and our car came back in better condition than before it was hit. They did a beautiful job and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Three and a half weeks later they called me to say the car was ready. When I picked it up, they said that their work had a lifetime warranty. I drove it home, but soon afterward, I realized that there was a noticeable shimmy in the front wheels. I phoned them, and they said to bring it back. It turns out that they had replaced one of my front wheels, but not the other (because there wasn't visibly obvious damage). They thought my problem was probably due to that wheel having been slightly bent after all. They replaced the wheel in a day, gave me back the car, and billed the insurance company for all of the additional cost. The car is now essentially as good as new.

I thought they were very professional in their conversation with us. They obviously wanted us to fix the car, but they were very good at not pushing us. I would recommend them to anyone.
