Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration including ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility and regular IICRC-industry certification.

"Hi [Removed members name] Our job diary documentation indicates that we called you 12/4 at 1:10 pm and even [Member Information Removed] to your house for monitoring but there was no response from yourself. We then called again 12/5 at 1:12pm and your message inbox was full with no response from yourself. 12/6 we managed to get in and shift the equipment around to focus on areas [Member Information Removed] retaining [Member Information Removed]. On 12/7 again we tried to get ahold of you which was unsuccessful. We [Member Information Removed] images on [Member Information Removed] from the initial night of the damage that clearly indicate the deteorated condition of your rugs. We offered to do our [Member Information Removed] to clean these to the [Member Information Removed] of our ability ,due to your noted concern about these rugs. We can not repair preexisting damage especially when the rugs were found outside in winter weather conditions with photo evidence of mold, tears and a slight cat urine odor. We also called you multiple times to return the rugs and once you called back on 12/23 and said you were only available for [Member Information Removed] off [Member Information Removed] Eve in which we made the effort to get this done for you. Im sorry you were unsatisfied with the experience. We feel this review is inaccurate according to the job file documentation we [Member Information Removed]. We tried everything in our power to rectify all issues. In the future I hope you manage to find a vendor that is able to fill your needs."
We could never have managed without our SERVPRO team, and we could not be more grateful for their competence, dedication, and professionalism. Indeed, they knocked our socks off, not just because of the physical strength, know-how, and industrial equipment that they brought to the task, as indispensable as those things were, but because of the empathy with which each member of the team approached our little catastrophe. They could not have been more invested in the results if it had been their own homes that flooded. Communication, honesty, and reliability were all superb. We had absolutely no concerns about turning over the keys to our house and felt like our family grew a little bit bigger.
It is clear that the SERVPRO folks take great pride in the service that they provide (which, incidentally, is offered 24 hours a day/365 days a year). They should be proud. They are magnificent!
