Our records show that while your building was being remodeled the contractor tore out your security system several times. We noticed that you mentioned this in your review of the contractor " I made him fully aware of a new security alarm system that had been installed and that it needed to be preserved. During the demolition and construction he and his crew destroyed the newly installed security, phone and ethernet systems,...". Unfortunately if we have to travel to reinstall a system that was torn out or broken, we have to charge a fee since we have to pay our employees for their time. Any time that we get a service request for the same day we are happy to try to accommodate them, however, if it falls on the weekend we have to pay our technicians overtime so our prices are typically higher for weekend service. With the security monitoring package you paid only $50 per month but requested IT help from our installers and tech support from our personnel after hours which we always do our best to accommodate but for this reason we do have service tickets available upon request to help with technical questions or problems. Any other security company would charge fees for any kind of technical help but yours were complimentary. Our records show that you requested copies of your 36 month contract multiple times while you were trying to sell your business which you did in May. It is a standard in the security industry to subsidize part of the cost of equipment and labor in a new security installation, which is what we did for you. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your 36 month contract that you signed even though you were made aware that by signing the 36 month contract you received a discount. We wish you had come to us with these complaints when you were our customer so we could try to work with you. We pride ourselves on our good customer service and we will continue to work hard to provide it to our customers."

We have a ranch style house with tons of doors and windows. The cost was 1/3 - 1/2 of everyone else we called. They offered us all doors and one motion sensor, free installation, free system, and windows and extra motion sensors at cost. Plus, the direct phone number of your "agent" you work with in case you need anything.
We haven't had an alarm (false or real) to try out the system yet, but so far we are very pleased with the experience.
