The Sears appliance repair person came the same day I called and was very thorough and professional. He did not find a problem with the valve so I did not have to have it replaced.

It was great. Product ready within 5 minutes or you get a $5 coupon. They were prompt, parking spot available specificly for it and clearly marked. Too bad sears is in decline this and their rewards program are industry leading loyalty builders.

Be very careful when you are requesting service for appliance repair. The information can be contradictory to fact. The funds are removed immediately from your account as well and you have to find the correct person to get them refunded. The final person I got to after the chain of people I had to go through was very helpful apologetic. I would never contact them again for appliance repair based on my experience. It was more of a sales job then just handling my problem.

He was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get me a good deal. I thought the pricing of the major appliances I purchased was very good.

They came very quickly. They repaired it within 2 days. They were wonderful. They were very courteous. Everything is working fine. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

I had good luck. I think I've got my washer, dryer, refrigerator from Sears and it's been 5 years and I don't remember. There was some problem after a couple of years with my refrigerator and it was still under warranty so they fixed all that. It's been a couple of years and both of those are working fine. The people were coming in and out, tracking things up, but there was a little bit time on the phone hassling about what part of the refrigerator was under warranty and was not. I guess on the old refrigerators the compressor system is got 5 years typically and on the rest of the refrigerators it's just a couple. Once we established that the work was done. There was a bit of trouble figuring out whether that was covered or not and that took probably a couple of days of phone calls. The service contractor was very good. I am pleased with having the stove knob replaced as that was pretty quick. Their punctuality was okay. As far as coming when they scheduled there was one part that pushed things off. I would use them again in the future.
