Water Softener Service, Appliance Sale
I just had a kid, and with that goes a boatload of laundry. Not but a few weeks after the birth, our dryer dies, so I go to the outlet to buy a new dryer because we need it bad.
I found one that I liked and it was of decent quality and price. The warehouse manager (note, not one of the sales reps) was quite helpful.
The checkout seemed to go smoothly, and we set up the delivery date.
When the delivery guy arrived, it turns out that the sales guy didn't look at the dryer I was buying and mistook the gas dryer that I was buying, for an electric one. Entered the wrong model number or something, even though the dryer had a big "gas appliance" sticker on it. As such he dispatched out a delivery person who was totally unprepared to hook up a gas dryer. Mind you, I have a baby that is generating piles of dirty laundry by this point so every second counts.
I had to call the guys back up and tell them about their mistake. Mind you, I paid for installation already. Well turns out that the charge for delivering a gas appliance is extra. So not only do I have the added stress of not having a functioning dryer on time, I also had to pay extra for their mistake.
I voiced my dissatisfaction, and a manager called me up. He seemed less interested in fixing the mistake (such as comping the first delivery fee), and seemed more interested in shifting the blame onto the delivery company. The mistake arose because of negligence on the part of his staff, not on the part of the delivery company.
I will not be patronizing these folks again.

Refrigerator is great/price was great!
Delivery service was, well, horrible. It took 3 attempts and 3 weeks to get it delivered, and 2 of them were no shows. When we called the number both times it was a no show, we got your basic script reader on the phone, and the sounds of very many voices in the background, ie, boiler maker room. Very disappointed in delivery service....

I got a good deal through their outlet store. Somebody else did the installation. They had a good, high-capacity softener at a very good price.
