They were very prompt, very friendly and very quick. It was fine.

My experience was fine. I've used Sears and bought Sears appliances in the past. One of the reasons why I buy Sears appliances is because their repair service is prompt and they do the job. I would use them again in the future if need be.

We made a decision based off of the price and the sale that they had going on. The sales person was very knowledgable and we are very happy with the decision.

He steered us to the best washer value for what we needed as we did have a budget. He explained the difference between the absolute cheapest ones and the middle value ones as to why they were better than the others. We were going to Sears anyways because they had the brand we wanted.

Decent presentation, but horrible finish. The salesman hung out in our house for a half hour trying to pressure us in buying his product after mentioning many times his was the first bid. It became uncomfortable. I felt like I was on a used car lot on 82nd ave.

Under the maintenance agreement any kind of repair on the appliance is covered and they also come out and check the appliances to make sure they are doing fine. The service and the price they charge for this is a really good deal. I think comparatively their prices are between low and average. I don't think there is anything that they can improve on except if they maintain the appliance that it never needs work. I would recommend that you give them a call as they have improved over a period of time. They have improved how they take the call and how they schedule services. I have children who all have maintenance agreements for appliances I have handed down to them and it doesn't matter. If they need something done then they can give them a call and they go out and take care of it. If you had an appliance repaired more than four times in a year then you have the option of them giving you a different appliance. I had a washing machine which had a problem and after the fourth time I decide I might as well get something different. Usually I would say when a woman goes to shop for an appliance she picks up something that is higher than what the amount of money that they gave you for the old appliance, and that is fairly choice. If you have a problem with the same appliance for more than four times then they would replace it.

I was perfectly happy with the dishwasher. The only problem I had was, the new dishwasher had a handle and my last one didn't have a handle. The handle kind of hit the door but I did the adjustments. So it is not really a big deal. We looked online to see what we wanted and we knew it was expensive and I didn't look anywhere else. I guess the price was what I expected it to be. The price would be high for someone else but, it was ok for me. They were very nice people and came right on time. They were personable and talked to me. They told what they were going to do. They took the old dishwasher and installed the new one.

They did a great job. It was a flat fee of $129 for him to come and look at it and he fixed it for $30. My dryer is working beautifully and he advised me to have my dryer duct cleaned. I felt like he gave really good advice. He quickly looked at my washer and gave me a little advice about something that was happening with that as well. I feel like I got a good deal for my money. He was professional but his cleanup was not so good. He was right on time and I would use him again.

The sales staff was very good and very informative. Their service was great, but there were several delays in getting the dishwasher delivered. That was annoying. I felt their pricing was good. The installation was done by another company.

Overall they were average. Quote was consistent based upon phone and in-store inquiries. They said it would take an hour but ran into trouble with the rims so it took 2 hours and they weren't able to balance the tires. They said that the factory rims (chrome-clad) made it impossible to do. I was surprised by this since it's not a brand new car and there are so many jeeps out there. Since they weren't able to finish the installation they only charged me for the tires--which is fair. I would have appreciated a call at the first sign of trouble and thought that they would be more experienced.
