Perfectly - it couldn't have gone any better. Sean takes the time to do everything properly and thoroughly.. His carpet cleaning business is not a chain organization. We have had him before and we will have him again. We had some pet stains and spill stains, and he took the extra care to make sure everything came out great.

Perfect. We will be having him back.

I asked about the senior discount, which we didn't even go through because he didn't want the job.

He left a mess on my grass that killed the grass afterwards. He emptied a tube that goes into the truck into the garden bed. It was on a hill so it drained into the grass. It was a chemical yet I have an organic garden so it ended up killing the grass. He left it up to me and when I commented, he said it will get absorbed and it will be fine. He really did a good job but he talked too much for me. The pricing was pretty reasonable.

We were very happy with the work that Sean did. He call back the same day that we called him and fit us quickly into his very busy schedule. He was very happy to accommodate our schedule and arrived on time. He did an excellent job getting cement out of our carpet. He wasn't sure he could get the cement out of our carpet but kept at it until he was successful. He even called back a few days later to see if the carpet still looked good after it completely dried.

I was happy with the service although we had some glitches with scheduling and delays, but overall I would use Sean for anything related to grout cleaning and sealing.

Seans Carpet Care has done the most detailed job in carpet and furniture cleaning I have ever experienced. He is a miracle worker on stained carpet and high traffic areas. Sean did an outstanding job! He is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the several-step process. We were very happy with the outcome. The floor went from gray to colorful again! He first gave us an approximate bid over the phone, then set up an appointment. He really seems to know his field and said he studies to stay up to date on all facets of his business.

Our carpet isn't new but it is amazing how good it looks after Sean has taken care of it. He is a wealth of knowledge on carpet care and is always willing to share the information. He is responsive from setting up the appointment to being right on time for the appt. His services take a little longer than some but it is worth it.

Our home was broken into in late August. During that process, several carpets were heavily dirtied. I checked with several carpet cleaners and selected Sean's because of his cleaning methods and Angie's List recommendations. We decided to have him also clean all the carpets in the home. We were very satisfied with the results. In fact, we are having him come back to clean some furniture which has aquired some soiling over the years.

Sean is fantastic. Ultra-reliable, meticulous and affordable. He always goes above-and-beyond on every job. I continue to use him and refer him to my friends. Yesterday he came and tackled a very tricky pet urine issue in my basement, as well as cleaned the carpets upstairs. Always a phenomenal job. Don't look anywhere else - you'll become a fan, too.

Sean did a great job on our carpet and was very thorough. We are having issues with a peeing cat, and he took the time to find all of the spots and treat them thoroughly. Afterwards, he did a complete cleaning of the carpet. He was able to move around the furniture all by himself as I was busy with other tasks. He's very technically astute as well and really knows his business. I highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks!

He was recommended to me. I just bought a house, and the carpet was really bad. It was amazing how great he made it look afterwards. I did not think it was going to look that good. He was pretty awesome. I would rate him highly across the board. I would use him again in the future.

Sean is amazing in his knowledge and care of carpets. He is professional, punctual, and through continuing education, keeps up with new products and services. The difference in the carpet is noticeable (amazingly so) and I know the carpet has been thoroughly cleaned. A vast difference in attention to detail from other carpet cleaning services. Sean's method takes longer but is definitely the way to go.

I called Sean and few other companies for carpet cleaning. Sean contacted me right away! He is very prompt and came to work as scheduled. He did a quality job and gave me instructions on how to spot clean. He is very informative when you ask question on carpet care! I would hire him in a heart beat. He seemed a bit expensive but worth the price and peace of mind.

We needed 2 very dirty bedroom floors cleaned on a home we just purchased which had been a foreclosure and was bank owned. Since we planned on eventually re-doing the rooms with wood flooring, we only needed clean carpet to live with for now, and Sean provided quick and very good service. We recommend highly recommend him.

To eliminate our pet urine odor problem, I tried several "do it yourself" treatments, and had another carpet cleaner who claims to specialize in this treatment come and service our home. None of these methods worked. Sean came - thoroughly assessed our situation, educated us on the issue and the necessary treatment, and provided a free estimate with several options for service. To prepare for our service, Sean went above and beyond by offering to pickup the new carpet padding that we agreed to have installed during the process. Sean provided thorough treatment including replacing the carpet padding, sealing the floor, "killing" the bacteria and cleaning the carpet. During the service, Sean took his time and was very thorough and detailed, he protected my wood trim, and even replaced a piece of carpet that was too compromised to be treated and repaired properly. The odor is now gone! (except for the leftover odor from previous treatments I tried, which were likely absorbed into my wood trim. darn!) Sean was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. He took a great deal of pride in his work, and was willing to return more than once to ensure our satisfaction. I would definitely use Sean again (although I hope we don't have that problem again!) and would recommend him without hesitation.

Sean was on time, reviewed the work to be done; wrote out a cost estimate with options. I gave the go ahead and he began the cleaning process. He protected the hardwood floors that needed to be crossed in order to get to the carpeting. He also protected the corners where hoses were placed. Work was completed in a timely manner. When the work was finished, he reviewed the work and gave directions for when the carpet was dry. Everything was cleaned up and put back in order before he left.

He was very efficient and professional. They do a good, thorough job. They are very up to date on the handling of specific types of stains. I have used them about 3 times.

I don't think it's possible to describe what an honest guy Sean is. We had nearly 3k sq ft of carpet that was saturated with cat urine. It got to a point where Sean advised us that we should look into new flooring. He essentially walked away from a VERY large, lucrative job (this is not a reflection of his pricing; I believe him to be more than fair in that department) because he told us that he couldn't guarantee he could get out all of the smell - which was the most important issue. When the best around told us that, we listened. (We had others come out to give bids; not one of them told us the same). Because of Sean's honesty, we saved ourselves a LOT of money and headache. He will be the first person we call when we need floor care.

Sean was a dream to work with. We had to re-schedule a couple of times, but Sean took it very gracefully and cheerfully. He was quick to respond whenever I contacted him - either by phone or email. He is my go-to guy for carpet cleaning from now on!

I am delighted! Sean did a thorough cleaning and stain resistant treatment on each of the areas. The special attention he gave the urine spots has taken it completely out. I have a very sensitive nose, but I can't detect any odor of urine at all - yippee! Sean took the time to educate me about carpet cleaning. I now know why I couldn't get the urine smell out myself. I also know how to treat a fresh urine spot so I won't have to call Sean back unless it sits there and dries. Sean has been great with customer service - he has followed-up with calls to make sure I was satisfied and I really appreciate that! My favorite chair smells fresh and feels so-o good!
