Sanchez Landscaping he is licensed. They came out right now, they just tore my whole front yard up with the sod cutter. An hour ago I had grass in my front yard, now my whole front yard is bare. They are rolling it on a trailer as we speak. I've used Sanchez for a long time. His prices are real reasonable. They do kind of, how I would summarize their work is they can do really good work and like I had them doing my yard and I had a little problem with their edging, they didn't use an edger they used a weed eater, but the the thing is you kind of have to kind of you know work with the guys and explain what you need and stuff. They just did some tree work for me last week and that was really good. They do everything. They will be doing more of a river. Then they clean gutters, they got junk removal, they have seasonal cleaners, aeration, new lawns, bark dust, blackberry removal, roof cleaning, junk removal and much more. And I'm going to have concrete done and he's got, he knows everyone that does everything. They mow, they cut, they weed, do edging, fertilizing, you choose, don't hesitate to give us a call. He owns a nursery, I've never been to his nursery, I don't know where it is or how big it is and all that, and they paint, they do everything. They paint, they pressure wash, they clean gutters, they'll do anything you want. And they do a good job. They are not remodeling. He's got a guy he knows, these are kind of family members and stuff but he's got a guy he knows, he's done construction work, he's going to do my concrete for me. I am doing a big concrete job out back. It will be in three sections, three projects in one. So we are going to start off around the hot tub, but you know, you need to give me a call in about three months. We just kind of talk about the job, until he gets done with it then we'll talk about the price of it. He is very reasonable. He's almost below reasonable. He's very good. People in landscaping and tree work people don't want to spend the money. When you get really quality work, the quality is more expensive. But he can step up. If you complain about the edging, he'll make sure that his guys will step up and do it the way you want it to be done.

The price is amazing, frankly. He is great about estimates for wor kand quality of work. He's friendly, nice and pucntual. Price is probably the most importnat thing and I can't figure out how he does it so cheap. I had someone else at one time and he beats them by far.
