S&B did a great job. Very professional and courteous workers and with exceptional attention to detail. Several of his crew were teachers from Oregon working in Alaska during their summer off - that were carpenters and painters in their previous careers. I felt comfortable giving them full access to my home when I was and wasn?t there. The crew was organized and efficient with the top goal being quality. They also highlighted problem areas that needed attention such as a wet (starting to rot) window sill and siding that was getting too much water exposure - that would benefit from a gutter being installed above due to the configuration of the roof in this area of the house. Even though not requested, they painted a man-door to the garage twice (lightly sanding after the first time) to address ~10 mosquitoes that had stuck to the door after painting the first time. Jamie, the owner, promptly responded to all my questions before, during, and after the job. I appreciated the interaction by smart phone - to get quick answers without the need to return voice messages or try to catch each other in person. The cost was competitive with other vendors. This was the 3rd job S&P has done for me and the results and experience have been same each time. Highly Recommend!!! Will use again.
